Poštovani građani i građanke sCrne Gore,
Za početak da objavim da će novine svih ministarstva, a naročito Ministarstva informisanja i spoljnih poslova, od danas biti pisane latinicom, zbog žalbi određenih građana, koji ne znaju da čitaju ćirilično pismo. Ipak, u nekim člancima biće prisutna i ćirilica i latinica.
Pa da krenemo...
Kao što ste već upoznati naša država je, još od završetka Civil Wara, u političkom problemu. Kongres je već nekoliko dana u nemogućnosti da izabere novog predsednika, a problemi se samo nagomilavaju, tako da je formirana privremena Vlada , koja će pokušavati da stanje u Crnoj Gori bude što bolje, do izbora novog predsednika.
Danas je sve naše građane zaprepastila odluka Srbije da nam proglasi rat. Međutim...
U celoj ovoj priči Srbija štiti interese Crne Gore i, naravno, interese Srbije. Kao što su, možda, neki od vas i upoznati, Srbija i Grčka su, posle veoma dugačkog rata, odlučili da potpišu NAP , tj. ugovor o nenapadanju. Najvažnije za Crnu Goru iz celog teksta jeste da Srbiji nije bio dozvoljen napad ili bilo kakav ulazak u sukob sa Grčkom do 5.10.2012, tj. tek za 16dana.
A onda su juče u svojim zvaničnim novinama, tj. novinama
"Naša prva briga posle potpisivanje NAPa sa Srbijom jeste oslobađanje svih grčkih regija. Osim toga moramo ojačati naše severne regije, postavljanjem DSa u regiji Makedonia, jer je potrebno biti spreman u slučaju napada Litvanije! Naši planovi su i širenje naše zemlje na teritoriju Crne Gore, naravno, uvek uz konsultaciju sa našim saveznicima..."
Grčka Vlada je smislila opasan plan, koji je uništila, tako što ga je objavila u novinama. U osnovi, njihov plan je bio da zauzmu sve naše regije u roku od 5dana, što je i bilo moguće s obzirom da u ovom trenutku imamo potpisan MPP sa samo jednom zemljom sSveta, tj. Tajvanom. Srbija u toku tog rata ne bi smela da nam pritekne u pomoć, zbog potpisanog NAPa sa Grcima, tako da bi ostali sami, mi i Tajvanci. Grci bi, zatim, 5.10.2012. objavili rat Srbiji i napali je na originalne regije.
Zato je pomoć Srbije Crnoj Gori bitna i za jednu i za drugu državu. Crna Gora će dozvoliti Srbiji da preuzme 3regije kako bi zaštitila našu zemlju. U pitanju su Nikšić, Boka Kotorska i Bar. Zauzimanjem Bara zaustaviće se dalje širenje Srbije, jer je Bar jedina regija na koju nas Grci mogu napasti. Srbija će samim tim osujetiti planove Grčke da napadne Crnu Goru, jer Grci neće moći da napadnu Srbiju, zbog, već pominjanog, NAPa.
Regije će biti vraćene Crnoj Gori kada okupimo veći broj ljudi, koji će igrati i biti sposoban za odbranu Crne Gore, najbolje u slučaju da napravimo baby boom, kada politička situacija u Crnoj Gori bude stabilnija, ili u slučaju da nestane opasnost od napada Grčke.
VAŽNO: Mole se svi građani Crne Gore da ne udaraju protiv Srbije u Nikšiću, očekuje se napad Grčke na Bar i potreban nam je sav mogući dmg za odbranu.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
