【記者 莎拉彎 特稿】經過連日的攻擊，印尼已經持續佔領印度孟加拉灣高麥區及南印度區，繼高鐵、高鑽之後獲得第三項高麥資源成為三高國家。但因印尼政府針對農作物及農產品採取的高所得稅政策，造成印度農民大逃亡。

從國力比較來看印尼人口 933 人，為 e-Sim Secura 世界第六大國，而印度只有其一半人口 479 人，排名第十八。印尼與所屬的三龍會（Trinity）聯盟包括排名第一的波蘭、排名十三的美國、排名十七的伊朗、排名第二的臺灣、排名第八的巴西、排名第三的阿根廷、排名三十四的荷蘭、排名二十五的英國、排名第九的中國（依印尼報導順序）等國家共同參與這場戰爭。其中世界前十大國家即佔了五國，確保了戰果讓印尼穩穩拿下印度的兩個區域，尤其是高麥生產的孟加拉灣區。
事實上，印尼已經不只一次覬覦印度的高麥區，過去亦曾出兵佔領過又退出。而印度這個南亞國家因擁有高麥產能，對生產食品有助益，亦獲得不少企業主青睞，紛紛至孟加拉灣區設廠，截至目前為止共有 27 座 Q5 食品工廠和 17 座 Q5 小麥農場及其他廠房共 145 間，工廠總規模為 23940.00 Gold 。
過去印度政府實施低稅政策，和企業主相關的貨物增殖稅定在 2%，進口稅為 5%，與勞工相關的所得稅則為 5%。讓原本印度政府管理下的高麥孟加拉灣呈現一幅欣欣向榮的景象。

但是在印尼政府佔領下卻施行極端的高價稅制，尤其是和農民朋友相關的所得稅，不論是食品廠或小麥場均強制徵收 50% 的稅款。對農民來說，印尼政府上臺薪水立即只剩一半。造成大量農友競相棄職脫逃與企業主一片錯愕。
印尼的高稅一覽
這種情形就跟現實世界的美國孟山都公司在印度所作所為如出一轍。孟山都公司跨國透過賣農藥、因應農藥的基因改造作物（GMO）、併購種子公司、介入國際貿易談判與跨國執法等種種手段，宣稱配合農藥的高生物科技農作物可以減少施肥、抗病蟲害與提高產能。實際上卻是透過種子販賣控制農業生產保證公司營收，產能沒有增加，病蟲害依舊來，還是要施肥。更糟的是種子來源單一化，生物多樣性不再，環境破壞，藥毒致病，而且由於單一集團把持種子來源，提高農業生產成本，又無法保證收成，造成許許多多的印度農民無力負擔而自殺。
在印尼政府未降低農業稅賦之前，企業主包含印尼本地企業現行的作法不是暫時關廠歇業就是得實施黑工薪制，以避開高額稅率對農民的負擔，導致農民離開農業生產而產生的產能下降。事實上這種因應作法對印尼政府財政並沒有幫助，長此以往反而抑制孟加拉灣區的發展，浪費高麥資源。

Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
