Menurut dosen Ilmu Pemerintahan FISIP Unila, Syafarudin, politik uang yang dilakukan calon kepala daerah diperkirakan menjadi penyebab utama meningkatnya angka golongan putih (golput) pada pemilihan kepala daerah. “Praktik money politic membuat pemilih merasa dilematis dan sulit dalam menentukan pilihan,” ungkapnya, Kamis (22/8).
Menurutnya, politik uang membuat pemilih bingung karena ada rasa tidak enak akibat menerima berbagai imbalan dari para kandidat. Akibatnya, masyarakat pun cenderung tidak memilih dan jadilah golput.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan Safarudin di beberapa daerah yang menggelar pemilukada 2012, sebanyak 65% masyarakat menerima pemberian materi dari calon, 30% pemilih menolak pemberian, dan 5% pemilih tidak menjawab. Ternyata dari 65% pemilih yang menerima pemberian sembako, sebanyak 80% tidak memilih calon yang memberikan sembako. Hanya 20% pemilih yang menerima imbalan dari calon dan merasa terikat untuk memilih calon pemberi sembako. Setelah diteliti lebih jauh, dari 20% pemilih yang terikat itu, ternyata banyak yang tidak memilih saat pemilukada.
Dari penelitian tersebut, Safarudin menyimpulkan politik sembako tidak begitu efektif menarik simpati masyarakat. Banyak warga yang tetap independen dalam memilih meskipun sudah menerima bantuan dari salah satu calon kepala daerah. “Sebanyak 80% pemilih tetap independen dalam memilih dan sekitar 20% pemilih tidak memilih setelah menerima bantuan materi dari calon,” ungkap Syafarudin.
“Salah satu penyebab golput adalah politik uang. Warga yang sudah menerima bantuan dari berbagai kandidat, merasa tidak nyaman, dan memilih untuk tidak datang ke tempat pemungutan suara. Dia menilai masyarakat sudah semakin cerdas dan rasional dalam menentukan pilihan,” tukasnya. [] Andro

Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
