Como Presidente del Partido del Congreso, presento esta candidatura al Congreso de manera testimonial, ya que no figuraré en la lista definitiva de nuestros Candidatos al Congreso. Y lo hago porque pienso que las candidaturas hay que currárselas, simplemente por respeto a los electores. Tienen el derecho a saber qué defenderé si me otorgan su voto.
Por supuesto, cualquier candidato que desee utilizar este programa, podrá hacerlo suyo.
Asimismo, pongo este periódico a disposición de aquellos candidatos que necesiten una plataforma para publicar su programa.

El Presidente del eGobierno y el Congreso son los dos pilares elegidos por nuestro pueblo soberano y sobre los que se asienta en buen gobierno de la nación.
Si tengo oportunidad, defenderé con energía mis ideas, sí, e incluso con vehemencia, pero una vez acabado el debate, podréis contar con mi más absoluta lealtad y energía para avanzar en el camino elegido.
Las opiniones son personales, pero somos una nación y su gobierno debe ser único y firme, sin dejar hueco que pueda ser aprovechado por nuestros enemigos.
Un país es fuerte si su economía es fuerte y, en ese sentido, apoyaré las iniciativas que favorezcan el fortalecimiento económico de nuestro eGobierno y de nuestras empresas, tales como:
Revisión de la política impositiva y del valor de nuestra moneda, con el objetivo de abaratar los precios que pagan nuestros conciudadanos y asegurar el abastecimiento de nuestro mercado.
Aprovechando el módulo de contratos, propugnar por el establecimiento de un sistema de concurso público de adquisición de material de uso estatal (materias primas para las empresas estatales, material para las FFAA y AASS, etc...), dando preferencia a los productores nacionales.
Creación de una Comisión de Control de las Cuentas Públicas.
Y, por supuesto, en caso de ser elegido, donaré los 5 gold de la medalla de Congresista al Tesoro Nacional
Nuestra máxima prioridad en esta nueva Legislatura debe crecimiento de la población., y en este sentido colaboraré activamente en las actividades de la Operación baby-boom.
Pero igualmente es importante conseguir su estabilización dentro de e-Sim. Entre las medidas que apoyaré estarán:
Crear biblioteca de guías claras y eminentemente prácticas.
Apoyo activo mediante subvenciones y/o tutorías a los nuevos jugadores, hasta que alcancen nivel 7
Sin olvidar lo más importante: Reducir el abandono producido por el aburrimiento en las primeras semanas, Hay que dar más vida a este juego con medidas como:
Potenciar la participación en el módulo periodístico con la creación de un premio periódico a los mejores artículos.
Potenciar la participación de los ciudadanos en la política nacional, recogiendo sus iniciativas a través de la Oficina de Participación Ciudadana del Congreso (o directamente mediante MP) y divulgándolas y sometiéndolas a discusión previa a su presentación en el Congreso.
Apoyar las iniciativas lúdicas que fomenten la participación ciudadana (porras, loterías, concursos, etc...)
El establecimiento del marco de relaciones internacionales y la defensa de los intentos de sabotaje por parte de nuestros enemigos va a marcar el desarrollo de la Legislatura. En este sentido podréis contar con mi máximo esfuerzo en:
En el Apoyo al Presidente en la estabilización de las relaciones con nuestros aliados, buscando acuerdos a medio/largo plazo.
Máxima seriedad en las concesiones de nacionalidad.
Y, por último y más importante, el que debe ser nuestro objetivo nacional: LA POTENCIACIÓN DE NUESTRO PODERÍO MILITAR. Este es un juego básicamente militar y sólo con un ejercito potente y organizado podremos progresar. En este área, mis compromisos son:
Apoyaré la creación y el fortalecimiento de un estructura operativa y de mando, que integre y coordine de manera efectiva a las distintas MU
Apoyaré la creación urgente de la MU estatal
Y el Presidente de nuestro eGobierno tendrá todo mi apoyo para otorgar subvenciones de batallas importantes

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
