既然事情鬧那麼大，那我就直接開門見山 + 個人情緒版本了，敬請見諒

首先，我要先噴議會，投票前要先將內容草擬好，請問這次投票前是否有決議以下幾點：
1. 開放的權限(哪些人可以看)
2. 開放的時間(從什麼時候開始的log能給人看)
3. 開放完，看完後，看的人能不能備份(截圖或是另外存檔)，能不能外流，能不能讓議會對外說明內容?
4. 如果有問題的log，能不能究責?
這些事情如果沒討論清楚，今天會吵完全是在意料之中
我也知道，議會開會是有多沒效率，所以就這一部份，林杯直接給你們懶人包，要加要減自己決定，這樣在出包我就真的靠杯無語了
請各位國民或是議員，任何要砲的人請知道，swinke今天說不同意開放前面的log是在幫以前的人坦，今天矛頭全指向他，對嗎?
這是swinke的聲明，請看：
I will open my logs for congress to see during My month as president. But it's not for me to open up past logs from past presidents. I feel others before me have done a great job based on what I see in org now and do not question how they achieved this. And our nation is safe. So I Will not open org logs for the past. Only for my future.
我會將我任內的紀錄給議會看，但是對於過去幾任總統的log處置並不是我能決定的，鑒於我看到現在org有的東西，我覺得前幾任都做得很棒，而我也不會去過問他們是怎麼做到的。而現在台灣現狀仍屬安定，所以我不會將過去的org紀錄給公開，只能從我這任開始。
就像林杯清白的一乾二淨，我也認同swinke的做法，換我也會這樣說，只能從我這一任開始，就像我當初開始請po幫政府資產清點一樣，既往不咎，當然，大家都有不同的想法，討論是好事，希望各位不會讓事情變成謾罵，PLZ

既然之前都有說log只給議員看，那給你們的懶人包有

依此可以排出16種選項，要一層層來表決也行

簡單說就是要不要挖出來批鬥，我很直白的講
2-2.能否備份：
以前有人有備份過歷史，正反雙方意見都有，有人覺得都公開了備份也沒差，有人認為只能查閱。能備份就有可能外流，唯讀比較不會，但是只要夠精彩，會流出來的還是會流出來
2-3.能否出面說明：
如果有人民對於花費有問題的時候，政府&議會是否能夠將log截圖之類的給人民闢謠，如果能說明，就一定得拿出證據，就等於看到的不只議員，不能說明究也沒有拿出來的必要
2-4.能否追究：
沒什麼好說的，就是會不會死帳號我猜，但是不管追不追究，沒事的本來就沒事，有事的就算你不追究還是會有事，頂多追究會拿回一些資產
都寫最直接最嚴重的版本，其他的ZB自行衍生，我想睡覺了，還有英文版要生出來

個人感想，你們看看就好，就是不管如何我們都不該秋後算帳，雖然林杯沒在怕你查的，我總統幹的乾淨透明。而且講另外一個，以前還沒復國前老人們也是低薪雙擊，多出來的物資給會上IRC的人打，直接講就是我以前當NTA軍團長也是拿了部分老人的辛苦錢再打槍，儘管多管理新人潮二十幾間公司，每天調薪水調到崩潰，要不是lin memei我會更慘，但仍然是不能掩蓋我拿過軍團物資的事實，如果有人覺得這是黑錢，我不反對。如果有人覺得拿一點物資當薪水OK，那我們就該將薪水量化，而不是國庫通內褲。不管如何，我都不認公開過去log會讓台灣變更好，但是從當下改變可以，既往不咎，然後這種系統性錯誤用改進制度來修正，而非針對人來搞，不然只會是雙輸。
很收斂沒粗話沒譙人還保有一些些口德，未來很忙大概只能雙擊，所以都豁出來攤開來講了

Today I would like to talk about the log issue with u guys
First of all, the congress should do some pre-vote works before making any decisions, did u guys discuss all the questions below?
1. the authorization(who can read them)
2. the duration(when will the logs start to record)
3. after ppl read them, can they copy it or back it up? Can it be shown to ppl who are not congressmen? Can congress explain the contents to ppl once they have questions about it?
4. Can we ask someone to take responsibility for the problematic logs?
If all the things above didn’t sort out before, then quarrel we had today was no coincidence.
I know the low efficiency we had when come up with the congress meeting, so I’ll make it short and easy for u guys.
And before anyone judge the whole things, I want u to know first that swinke was the one who want to protect the former org users by refuse to let the logs open, so is it fair to criticize him instead?
This is swinke’s declaration:

Even the clean man like me as I claim to be, I still recognize what swinke decided to do, and I will do the same just like what I asked poiuwu to do the clean up for org, let us focus on now and only. And yeah, u can have ur own thought and discuss with others, but keep things civil plz.
Ok back to the point
In the big view, we have two things need our attention
1. Who make the decisions
2. What choices do we have
The first question, u can let the congress vote for it, or u can vote for it urself by raise a referendum.
Second, is what I’m going to save ur time
U guys said that the logs are only for congressmen only, so the choices are:
2-1.the duration: A from Day1 B from this month
2-2.back up issue: A yes B no
2-3.explanations: A yes B no
2-4.investigation: A yes B no
With all the choices mix up, we have 16 different outcomes, or we can just vote for one each time
The advantage/disadvantage I will shout them out straightly
2-1. the duration:
it is about how many things u want to criticize
2-2. back up issue:
some ppl did it before, and received opinions form both side, some believe back up the logs is acceptable, some think it better just for read only. As my opinion says that if u can back up, that means it will always have leak problems, and will be easier to leak out if the logs tell the hell of the “stories”
2-3. explanations:
if ppl have questions about the way they spend $$, can congress or the GOV show the ppl the logs as evidences, because if doing so means there are ppl not a congressman can access to it one way or the other, but if no explanations, no logs.
2-4. can we investigate it:
it will be a straight answer, that is the clean one will remain and the corrupted one will have serious problem, probably be ban or something, or org can take some treasure back

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
