我想先向許多我不認識的成員們自我介紹，我是Sadanaga，半個台灣人半個美國人。我住在美國，但是我的父親是從淡水來的。我曾經去過台灣而且很希望可以盡快的回去拜訪。我是KOKA的老成員了，從KOKA四五年前剛成立的時候我就加入了。我的國語不是非常好，但是可以進行一些簡單的對話，並且我也還在學習中，請大家多多包涵。希望在接下來的時間中我們可以更多的互相認識。過去的幾個月中我不是十分活躍，因為課業以及生活的關係。不過現在暑假即將到來，我會有更多的時間來推行一些計畫，讓KOKA更有效率以及組織。
KOKA 臉書頁面 (如果有在用Facebook):
KOKA在差不多一年前就有個臉書的頁面，比我們在Secura上的聊天室來說要有效率的多。也讓我們可以對其他成員的樣子有個印象，發表自己的意見以及與其他成員一同討論。同樣的，舊的成員如果已經不在其中，將會被移除。
KOKA軍墾 (必須加入，沒有例外):
KOKA的成員必須加入軍墾，為什麼? 因為我們需要囤積物資，包括武器食物以及禮物等等，以便在重要的戰場上使用，不管是同盟需要支援，或是防守我們自己的國土。你依然會收到不斐的工資，並且會每周調整(如果不是每天的話)。薪水也是每個禮拜發一次(如果有空我會每天發)。接下來幾天之內我們會調查薪水是使用黃金還是新台幣來支付。
KOKA圖像 (建議，非必須):
就像你所看到的，老成員的圖像都是KOKA軍團的圖像。這可以加深外界對我們軍團的印象，表現我們的組織能力(我們仍須加強)。雖然我不會強迫你使用軍團圖像，你可以私訊給我你想要用的圖，我可以幫你加上KOKA外框。
資金運用:
我還沒完全決定，但是我想我們賣物資所賺來的錢，會優先在Jeolla開Q5鑽石場。接下來可能會優先替活躍的成員更換Q5-Q6的裝備。如果你剛剛加入，可能沒辦法期待馬上幫你換裝備，我們需要確認每個成員的忠誠與活躍程度。
暫離成員:
我會試著把一些老成員拉回來玩，有些可能因為不同的原因暫時離開了遊戲。我也可能會開始招募一些舊的KOKA 成員(隔壁棚..)以及新的有興趣加入的玩家。

接下來幾天內你會收到內部調查的文件，我們想要知道每個成員的想法和資訊。請大家注意自己的信箱，並盡快的回復。

Dear KOKA brothers,
First of all I want to introduce myself to you new KOKA members, many of whom I do not know . My name is Sadanaga, I am half Taiwanese, half American. I live in America, but my fathers’ hometown is in Danshui. I have went to Taiwan before, and I hope to go back as soon as possible. I am an old KOKA member, I joined KOKA in the beginning, probably 4-5 years ago. My Chinese skill is not that great, but I can carry on a basic conversation, and I’m learning as much as I can, so please be patient with me. I hope in the coming days we can get to know each other better. These past months I have been rather inactive due to school and RL in general. However, summer has arrived for me and I have the free time and a certain set of ideas that I want to implement for KOKA to improve our organization and effectiveness.
KOKA Facebook Group: Mandatory (If a user)
KOKA has a facebook group that we used a year ago, and it is much more convenient and effective than the communicative tools we use on secura. Also it adds a face for most of the KOKA members you are talking to, and a place where you can voice your opinion and discuss ideas with other members if you wish to. That being said, all former members that are no longer a part of KOKA will be removed from the said group, as you are not a KOKA member.
KOKA Workers Commune: Mandatory (No Exceptions)
As a member of KOKA, you will have to work in one of our Companies. Why? Because we need weapons, food, and other materials to store so that we can use to fight we need be, whether in an allies battle, or defending Taiwan. You will be paid a good wage, and I will constantly update and adjust your wages on a weekly (if not a daily) basis. You will also be paid on either a weekly basis or a daily basis, depending on my free time. We will hold a vote on whether to pay in gold or just use TWD salary on our group page in the next few days, and the result will determine which course of action we take.
KOKA Avatars: Advised, but not mandatory.
As most of you new members can see, the older members of KOKA have the MU’s avatar on as our avatar. This is to help provide a “face” to KOKA, to show our coordination and skill (which we need to work on) While I wont make it necessary that you get a KOKA avatar, if you want one, message me and I will have one made for you as long as you send me the avatar that you want on your KOKA frame.
Monetary Funds:
I have not yet decided, but I think the profit we receive from selling our products will first be used to create a Q5 diamond factory in Jeolla, and then I will see if we can start using funds to buy Q5-Q6 equipment for our most active members to use. If you are a new member, do not expect such equipment right away. You have to prove your loyalty and that you are an active KOKA member to earn this perk.
Away members:
I will be attempting to bring back some of our old members that are taking a break from the game in the coming days, as well as recruiting older members and some new players if they show interest and promise.
Internal Surveys:
You all will be receiving an internal survey in the next few days to gather information and opinions from all KOKA members, so check you inbox and respond as soon as possible when the survey is sent out.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
