As Sociedades Anonimas são basicamente um conjunto de empresas com o capital livre,ou seja suas ações podem ser comercializadas, e aqueles que compram as ações de uma Sociedade são chamados de acionistas.
A dois tipos de Sociedades Anonimas:
As Ordinárias
Proporcionam participação nos resultados da empresa e também dão o direito de voto dos acionistas em assembleias gerais.
podemos dizer que uma espécie de governo é implantada nesse tipo de Sociedade Anonima, e os acionistas são os cidadãos e terão todo o direito de decidir o rumo da S/A.
As Preferenciais
priorizam o pagamento dos dividendos aos acionistas,geralmente o pagamentos dos dividendos das ações pagas por uma Preferencial é maior que a das Ordinárias ,e também a devolução do capital investido, no caso da sociedade se dissolver.
O perigo de investir em uma Sociedade Anonima
Eu listei três perigos trazidos aos acionistas que compram ações de uma Sociedade Anonima:
O primeiro é simplesmente o dono da tal Sociedade não ter muito conhecimento sobre economia deixando os seus acionistas na mão.
O segundo principal problema é a pouca produtividade de uma empresa.vou explicar melhor isso, aqui no jogo para comprar ações precisa de Ouro então quando você compra uma ação, a Sociedade anonima tem que vender os produtos oferecidos pelas suas empresas, então entrar no mercado monetário e digamos "transformar" o lucro da empresa no nosso caso o BRL em ouro e assim pagar os dividendos aos acionistas.Quando as empresas tem baixa margem de lucro eles podem não conseguir pagar os dividendos.
O terceiro maior problema em investir em uma Sociedade Anonima é dela ser uma Sociedade falsa ou criminosa, o funcionamento delas é basicamente os acionistas investem nela, e então nunca pagam o tal investimento.Por essas Sociedades serem consideradas criminosas os Admin do jogo propõe as punições mais rigorosas a quem pratica esses atos.
As Sociedades anonimas praticamente dominam o mercado de produtos, cada vez é mais raro empresas independentes, mas isso de certo modo ajuda e muito no desenvolvimento de um país.Afinal o mercado de ações é um lugar rápido para conseguir dinheiro,mas também é um lugar rápido para perder dinheiro.Então invista em Sociedades Anonimas, mas tome muito cuidado e seja muito calculista.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
