2 Finland gets back its capital region ,China gets Oulu and Lapland.(region changing will be done after China-Lith war)Finland gets 100% of tax income of Oulu at the time, but if China developed Oulu’s the income distribution would be re-discussed.
3 China gets Latgalia and Western Vidzeme for a 30G/week rent.The rent is shared by Latvia and Sweden.
4 Finland citizens should not start RWs in Oulu and Lapland ，fight for China side in Oulu RWs. if resistance is succeed, China can declare war to Finland and get back these two regions.
5 Latvia citizens should not start RWs in Latgalia and Western Vidzeme ， fight for China side in Latgalia RWs. if resistance is succeed, China can declare war to Latvia and get back Latgalia and Western Vidzeme .
6 If Finland and Latvia deal more than 3M damage for Finland in Oulu resistance or for Latvia in Latgalia resistance, Finland and Latvia can not get tax or rental that day.
7 If China lost Oulu or Latgalia the rent should be payed until 1 day before losting the region(s).
8 Finland,Latvia and Sweden helps China in battles.
9 Finland,Latvia,Sweden and China fights against Lithuania Together.
10 This NAP will be effective permanent until there are three States agree to cancel this treaty.

1: 芬兰，瑞典，拉托，中国 互不攻击。（中国与芬兰、中国与拉脱维亚间可保持战争状态以便条约的履行。）
2：中国归还芬兰首都，占领芬兰奥卢和拉普兰（战后执行换地）。奥卢所得税收100% 给芬兰，如果中国发展了奥卢，所得税收重新分配。
3：中国占领拉脱维亚的拉特加尔和西方维泽梅，并缴纳租金每周30金分给拉脱维亚和瑞典。
4: 芬兰不得点奥卢起义，在奥卢起义场帮助中国输出。若奥卢和拉普兰起义成功，中国可随时宣战芬兰来取回奥卢及拉普兰的占有权。
5：拉托不得点拉特加尔起义，并在拉特加尔起义场帮助中国输出。若拉特加尔和西方维泽梅起义成功，中国可随时宣战拉脱维亚来取回拉特加尔和西方维泽梅的占有权。
6：条约期间若芬兰、拉脱维亚在奥卢及拉特加尔起义战中为芬兰、拉脱维亚方累计输出超过3M，中国可以拒绝支付当日税收或租金。
6：如果中国失去奥卢或者拉特加尔，租金给到丢失的前一天。
7：芬兰，拉脱维亚，瑞典需要帮助中国战场输出。
8：中国，瑞典，拉脱维亚，芬兰将共同打击立陶宛。
9、本条约将永久有效，直至中国，芬兰、瑞典、拉脱维亚四国中有任意三个国家同意解除本条约为止。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
