Ltd Corporation presents information about the stock companies in E-sim, and explains why other people are investing there.
The main reasons why people are creating Stock Companies:
1) To unite few factories and to make one budget (i.e. you have 1 Grain 5 factory and 1 Food 5 factory),
2) To issue shares and to attract more capital to the Stock Company (the main purpose of the SC),
3) To share profits and pay dividends,
4) Cooperation with few business makers would increase profits,
Making a Stock Company
Firstly to create a Stock Company you will need 100 gold (50 for creating it and 50 for starting capital). The person who creates a SC is automatically a CEO. CEO roles are: issuing more shares (and deciding what price), paying dividends, making polls - where the shareholders can vote, they can sell/buy currency on Monetary Markets, can manage the factories (hire or fire workers), sell and buy products on markets.
When other people are buying shares, they can be appointed as a SC managers as: accountants (to manage money in the SC), company managers (to hire of fire workers), salesman (to buy/sell products on the markets).
Let's do an example:
1) You have Grain 5, Food 5, Diamonds 5 and Gifts 5 factories, you have 100 gold and making a SC,
2) Your Freshly made SC (let's call it "Goldura"
with 50 gold in the SC account. First you will need to make some products and pay wages for people who worked in the factories. So you change to a currency where the factories are (let's say Brazil). Then employing people and producing the products (grain, food, diamonds, gifts).
3) Now you have some products in "Goldura" so you can sell them in the local market or look for a market with a low import tax and sell there (i.e. Portugal). So you put offers with prices of: grain, food, diamonds and gifts).
The advantage is that you can manage all those factories on SC budget which is not related to your personal e-sim account.
4) When you are making decent profits and you decided to move to another level, you can issue new shares. That will cost you 0.05 gold per share. So let's say you are issuing 100 shares for a price of 4 gold. The issuing will cost you 100x0.05 = 5 gold. Then you will vote for the shares issuing.
5) When you issued new shares, the other people can buy your shares at the price of 4 gold per share. Let's say someone bought all shares. Now you have 400 gold, in your "Goldura" account. Now you can expand and buy new factories or pay some dividends to the shareholders.
Special tip: at the early stage of the company's development it is a good idea not to pay dividends, but to reinvest them and to expand your operations.
6) With those 400 gold you can buy a new factory on the factories auction (i.e. weps 5). To start making weps 5 you will need some iron. but you don't have an iron factory?! That is not a problem, you can buy some iron on the market from other people. You will buy from the market where you are currently located.
7) Lets say few weeks (or months
) after you start making a huge profit: 100 gold each week. That profit you can decide to pay as dividends. CEO launches a law for a dividend payment voting. When the vote is finished in positive result, the dividends are being paid according to the amount each shareholder has. I.e. you have 60% of the Goldura, so you would get 60gold (100g x 60% = 60g).
So why the other people should invest in your Stock Company?
1) They are looking forward to grow their gold (as your company expands, usually the price of share goes up),
2) They want to get a weekly dividends,
3) They want to work in your SC,
4) They want to be a part of a successful business.
5) speculations: buying cheap - selling expensive (i.e. you bought a share for 3 gold and selling it for 8 gold).

1) We have started about a year ago -
2) We paid more than 5000 gold in dividends, and currently we have 88 shareholders, with company reaching a capital of 5632 gold.
3) We are constantly communicating with our shareholders, and paying dividends every Sunday!
4) Our operations expanded to: USA, Brazil, China and Lithuania. Total capital of Ltd Group is >8500 gold. We employ 150-220 people on a weekly basis. And we are number 20th in Secura in terms of Capital (Ltd Corporation).
5) That all started a year ago with a small gift 1 factory in Samogitia region....

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
