Echina战场补贴标准 [官方授权统计标准] (Statistics)

筒子们大家好,今天蜗牛带来一个令人振奋的好消息:Echina已经启动了全国性伤害补贴福利

受本届政府的委托,蜗牛临时负责该伤害补贴福利的统计工作,以后将定期公布伤害补贴的报表。所公开的报表将是数场战役的统计叠加,本着公开透明的原则,如果对该报表有所疑虑,可以通过军团长发送核对申请,我会将各个分战场的单独报表反馈。



以下公布战场补贴标准的细则

1 补贴启动


1.1 范围:必须为国防部明确指定的补贴战场。政府会以报纸和喊话的方式通知全体国民。
- 通知方式一:org置顶喊话
- 通知方式二:国防部官方报纸 [目前未定义,总统还在酣睡,请大家不(朝)要(死)打(里)扰(踹)!]

1.2 定义

- 补贴战场的一般性定义:除了少数断路或者drain性质的战场之外,EChina直接参与的战场或者相关度极高的战场,都属于补贴战场。
- 在政府的置顶喊话进行战场定义之前,如遇紧急情况,各军团可以按照以上定义自行判断先期驰援战场。

1.3意义:鼓励国民打枪积极性,特别鼓励参与压秒的积极性。

1.4 时间:自2014年5月6日开始试运行

2 补贴细则


2.1 补贴的发放流程

- 国防部定义每日补贴战场及补贴属性(主要是定义战场级别,补贴属性一般不会有大的调整,诸如补贴系数、压秒系数、浪费及压秒标准……等等)
- 政府专门的统计部门负责统计计算,并以报纸的形式公布。一般统计周期为3~4天。
- 补贴以军团为单位发放,再由各军团完成补贴发放到个人的工作。
- 补贴发放的依据暂时定义为本报,目前临时作为官方授权指定的统计发布。

PS:若某军团补贴的最终统计结果少于10枪,将不予发放。有疑问请找总统咨询。

2.2 补贴的计算方式 补贴最终由专用程序计算出各军团的战场分数值。基本的计算公式如下:

- 补贴 = 分数 * 补贴系数 (补贴系数会根据情况调整,例如:10枪/M,20枪/M,或0.5G/M等等)
- 分数 = 伤害 - 浪费 + 压秒伤害*压秒系数(压秒系数根据情况会有不同。缺省为1)

2.3 浪费的定义:参数设定表达式[Tx,y]。表示在战场开始后,T(x)内领先y(M)后打出的伤害。例如:若浪费定义设定为[T60,5],表示在距离战场结束60分钟内,在领先5M的情况下打出的伤害定义为浪费。

规则解读:没有任何一个规则可以做到完全的公平,况且还是程序计算的,这点请大家理解。浪费规则的判定会在今后逐渐修改程序更加合理。

下面通过深度解读来帮助国民在当前规则下了解如何获得补贴,拿[T60,5]做例子说明。

- 在T60之前的输出,无论你打多少,都不算浪费。(考虑到最初的堆墙,这样设定是合理的。因为情况很难判断,同样堆10M,敌人可能放弃也可能反扑,到底是浪费还是有效呢)
- 在T60以内请谨慎堆墙,因为如果当前墙已经超过了设定的5M,而你依然坚持堆墙,哪怕即使最后获得了clutch,这部分输出也将被计算为浪费。(原因同第一条相同)
- 在进入压秒阶段后,浪费的判断依据不变。
- 显然规则总会对某些特殊情况难以公平处理,所以对于补贴评估程序无法做到的公平,最好的方法是各军团内部自行微调。

注:
- T(x)指距离战场结束x分钟,例如:T30指战场最后30分钟,T2指最后2分钟。
- y(M)指当前战场墙高,以百万(M)为单位计算。

2.4压秒的定义:参数设定表达式[Tx_hit,y]。表示在T(x)期间领先y(M)以内打出的伤害。例如:若压秒定义为[T5_hit,3],表示在T5内,领先3M以内打出的伤害,可以计算为压秒伤害。

- 从分数的计算规则可以看出,压秒伤害被重复计算了,意味着参与压秒可以获得更多的补贴。
- 特殊情况:程序是死的,按照压秒和浪费的设定规则,如果压秒门限值高于浪费门限值,那么可能出现压秒伤害既属于压秒又属于浪费的情况。所以一般情况下,浪费的门限值将高于压秒的门限值。

2.5 补贴战场的分级

- 补贴战场按照重要性共分三级,分别为特别战场、核心战场、重要战场。除了特别战场,所有补贴战场享受的补贴标准是相同的,所不同的只是浪费和压秒的规则门限不同。
- 大部分国内战场都属于核心战场或重要战场。
- 核心战场:默认的浪费表达式[T60,10],压秒表达式[T5_hit,5]
- 重要战场:默认的浪费表达式[T60,5],压秒表达式[T5_hit,3]
- 增益战场:如果当日出现双倍伤害之类的增益buff,又属于核心战场,默认的浪费[T60,20] 压秒[T5_10]
- 特殊回合:当补贴战场的比分到达7:7或者x:7之类危险局,可能会提高该轮次的得分系数。
- 特别战场仅用于某些特别的目的,补贴也可能比较特殊,一般不会出现。

2.6 正补与反补

- 为国家方进行的输出,称为正补。反之,称为反补(即打反)
- 在国家实施补贴政策之后,将严厉抵制打反行为。
- 反补的惩罚:反补的得分计算和正补相同,只是为负数。最终得分会乘以反补惩罚系数。默认的反补惩罚系数为2,因为打反而导致输掉该轮次,将加倍惩罚乃至取消全军团补贴。

PS:关于打反
1,为什么要严禁打反?主要原因是每个人每日的输出量是有限的,因为打反浪费了伤害,可能会导致正面战场输出不足而导致最终战役的失败。
2,如果当日有核心战场,并且局面吃紧,请全体国民不要在任何战场打反,请把它扔到核心战场输出吧。最后的比分可能就差你一枪。
3,打反对补贴的影响:如果没有超过1M以上的打反量,将被无视。除非该打反导致了胜负的颠倒。


2.7 补贴奖励的内容:补贴奖励可以是Gold,也可以是物资(枪,面包等等),具体由政府设定,一般默认为Q1枪。

2.8 享受政府补贴的现有军团列表

以下是能享受政府补贴的军团列表,里面将包含认证过的外籍军团,如有遗漏,请该军团团长联系总统报备。



3 补贴的特别提示


3.1 怎样获得补贴?

- 请每一位国民务必先加入一个军团,否则你将无法获得政府补贴。具体军团请参见以上军团列表。
- 请每位国民养成每日上线首先阅读org置顶喊话的习惯,了解当日的补贴战场和级别,避免将伤害输出到非补贴战场造成浪费。
- 在当日输出完毕后,请第一时间联系所属军团团长或指定负责人,申请补贴。军团发放补贴的时间跟国家的补贴发放时间无关,均为自行设定。

3.2 军团的军令意识

- 请各主力军团设定军令时,保持首先查阅该战场我方军团数量以及敌方主力军团是否入场的习惯。避免被套。

4 补贴相关各参数默认值列表


- 补贴系数 :30枪/M (随时会由总统根据财政状况作出调整)
- 压秒系数 :1
- 浪费 :核心战场[T60,10] 重要战场[T60,5] 双倍增益战场[T60,20]
- 压秒 :核心战场[T5_hit,5] 重要战场[T5_hit,3] 双倍增益战场[T5_hit,10]
- 反补惩罚系数 :2

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
