Traigo tres propuestas para votar por la ciudadanía.
Propuesta nº 1
La compra de una empresa q5 de casas en argentina.
La idea es producir casas y venderlas a precio costo (19 golds aprox) salen entre 22 y 24 en el mercado. La idea principalmente es que nuestra población tenga acceso a una casa de forma más simple, a bajo costo y en cuotas.
El costo para el estado seria de 390 golds.
Propuesta n º 2
Programa de subsidios
Realizar un plan de subsidios orientado a los nuevos. El mismo consiste es entregar a diario, 10 panes q5 , 50 armas q1 y 2 pasajes 1 q1 . A cambio el beneficiario deberá trabajar para la org gratis. (a precio mínimo), pegar todos los días y pertenecer a una MU (si no tiene lugar en la del estado, se le recomendara a una privada que le permita entrar.).
De no cumplirse alguno de los requisitos se dejara de otorgar el subsidio. (o en caso de no pegar se le reducirá el subsidio parcialmente).También dependiendo la demanda puede quedar excluido del programa.
Para evitar problemas entre las org, los repartos los llevara a cabo Mod, pero el trabajo se hará en Chile Org, (o Mod depende la empresa). Chile org pagara por el trabajo realizado a Mod. De esta manera parte del subsidio se paga con el trabajo, y parte con dinero del estado que debe ser transferido del tesoro a MOD.
Los costos apox. serian de 2.,15 golds por trabajador. y en promedio cada trabajador produciría entre 1,25 y 1,6 golds. El costo semanal por trabajador para el estado será de 5,25 golds.
Se plantea que habrá 10 personas , por lo que el costo semanal previsto será de 52,5 golds
Propuesta mandar 52,5 golds para subsidio.
Propuesta nº 3
Compra venta de equipos.
Para esto tendríamos que reformar el funcionamiento de fundación schile, actualmente esta planteada, como una división de chile org, para distribuir las empresas y que no recaiga sobre una persona. Sin embargo por la falta de colaboradores activos no hemos logrado hacerlo aun. Por lo que propongo para esto dejar todo en chile org y usar la nueva org para comprar y vender equipos.
La idea no es ganar golds con esto, sino facilitar el acceso a los chilenos a equipos mas eficientes que aun no pueden pagar.
La idea seria ir comprando equipos chicos( y grandes en lo posible) ir fusionando y poniendo los mejores por ej q4 para arriba a la venta, alquiler o venta en cuotas.
De esta manera tendríamos acceso a equipos mejores.
(los requisitos para el alquiler y la venta en cuotas se verán mas adelante, ej nivel, actividad solvencia )
Costo inicial para el funcionamiento 200 golds.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
