Como parece que Z ni losgrox quieren dar estas noticias logicas no me queda otra que ser yo el encargado de darlas.
Un ejemplo:
Un skill 6 gana en gold aprox 1.19g y si se le da un reparto como se viene dando en PAS de 10 panes q5 + 50 armas q1 cuyo valor es 2.06 en gold aprox.
Hay una perdida de 0.87g diario solo con ese empleado. Calculen multiplicando por unos cuantos mas cuanto se pierde por dia.
Esto lleva y llevo como venia viendo que iba a pasar a que la MU no pueda mantener ese reparto y a generar perdidas ni un centavo de ganancia para que la MU vaya creciendo en compra de empresas.
Imposible juntar gold ya que la produccion es consumida en su totalidad y ademas es necesario poner del bolsillo de no se quien supongo que Z o losgrox para que puedan tener ese reparto que no es posible.
En fin, les aviso que intentare acomodar la produccion/reparto de manera tal que tengamos ganancias algo x dia de gold que se vaya juntando en sobrante de produccion, que luego se va vendiendo y acumlando gold, en un par de meses se compra una empresa mas y asi permitir incrementar el reparto con estas empresas y con el aumento del skill personal.
Es facil hacer numeros, busca el mejor pais que te pague descontando el impuesto a las ganancias, y fijate que podes comprar con ese sueldo por dia, seguramente sera menor al reparto que hoy por hoy te estaba dando PAS.
Seguramente me diran, hay MUs que entregan repartos hermosos, si, bueno ese reparto esta bancando con VISA, porque de otra manera necesitas tener almenos 3 empresas q5 por cada 1 soldado.
Todo aquel que no este interesado en este nuevo sistema real de reparto es libre de empezar a trabajar por su cuenta en empresas privadas o buscar otra MU no puedo engañarlos diciendo que mantendre este reparto o que igualare o superare el de otras MUs
Cualquier duda me mandan mp. Esta semana estoy complicado con mi negocio asi que si no respondo esperen y en cuando pueda contestare.
Seguramente en el transcurso de las semanas ire enviandoles mp buscando posicionarlos en determinadas empresas estrategicamente para lograr la estabilidad de produccion y asi contar con el suministro diario para cada reparto y que vaya dejando algo de sobra aunque sea poquito, pero no una gran perdida como es actualmente.

Skill menor a 6: 5 panes q5 + 25 armas q1
Skill 7: 6 panes q5 + 30 armas q1
Skill 8 y 9: 7 panes q5 + 35 armas q1
Skill 10 y 11: 8 panes q5 + 40 armas q1
Skill 12 y 13: 10 panes q5 + 50 armas q1
Skill 14: 11 panes q5 + 55 armas q1
Skill 15, 16, 17: 12 panes q5 + 60 armas q1
Sera necesario una o dos semanas antes de que se estabilize la produccion. Como les dije esta semana estoy complicado y por ello me va a llevar mas tiempo ir ubicandolos para lograr una buena produccion.
Todo aquel que no va a seguir trabajando por la MU por favor envieme mp para saber con quienes contare y con quienes no para la produccion.
Por otro lado Z creo que deja la MU y losgrox pasa a 2click.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
