Hovering over the market tab you will see a drop down list of several choices...
Number 1 = Product Market ..... this is where you can buy food, weapons, and much more for the local currency where you are currently located at
Number 2 = Job Market ...... Always want to make sure your getting paid top rates? Then i suggest you check here daily before you work
Number 3 = Monetary Market .... Here you will be able to buy local currency and also sell you currency
Number 4 = Auctions ..... From companies to that ideal equipment .... if you got the gold get bidding, just like in real life highest bidder will win
Number 5 = Companies for Sale ..... A good place to check if you want to pick up a company at a bargain price, which is normally cheaper than upgrading/starting one your self
Number 6 = Special Items .... Need that special edge in battle? Look no further, here is the place to boost your self for certain time periods
Now you know what the tabs mean, you maybe looking at it a bit confused or unsure so we shall go through each Market in more detail
Product Market
Once opened it will look some thing like this ....
Number 1 = Market of selected country (This will automatically be your current location, not citizenship)
Number 2 = Quality of product to search for (Please note that raw materials do not have any higher or lower quality factors)
Number 3 = Your selection of what product to search for on the market
Number 4 = Current view of products available on the market
Number 5 = Citizen or Stock company selling that product
Number 6 = Current stock availability on the market offered by the seller
Number 7 = Price in local currency for each of the products (Local currency will be based around the country of choice selected)
Number 8 = Your buy options either as a citizen or for a stock company if you own one or manage one
Number 9 = Quantity you wish to buy from the seller
So what do all these products do ? Do you really need all of them ?
Raw Materials(These are the items that created from raw companies which are used in the production of products)

Job Market
This is your main focus, with no job there is no money & you know what that means ...... you won't get to far
Number 1 = Country location of where you wish to look for a job
Number 2 = Economic Skill, this should be selected to what yours is currently
Number 3 = That is your possible boss! So no sick days or you may get the sack ;p
Number 4 = Company name of your boss's business
Number 5 = Type of product you will be producing
Number 6 = The economic skill required to apply for that particular job
Number 7 = Hard earned pay, which you could possible get after working each day if you choose to work for that employer
To be able to work in company you must be located in the same country as that country,, so think ahead if you use or health and only have Q1 ticket ..... don't want to get stuck and break your 'Hard Worker' achievement
Monetary Market
This is the place where you will spend alot of time, either converting your hard earned currency to gold buy selling or buying it or buying more to get the much needed supplies from the product market to deal the extra damage needed
Number 1 = This is your buy/sell options, which allows you to purchase or sell your currency depending on your needs
Number 2 = Citizen or Stock Company selling the currency
Number 3 = How much of the currency they have in stock to sell
Number 4 = This is the ratio (How much you will get for spending X amount)
Number 5 = Options to select how much you want to buy and whether it is personal or for stock company use.
So that is the basic function of the monetary market .... but do you really understand it ?
- Sell your gold for currency
- Sell your currency for gold
- Buy gold for currency
- Buy currency for gold
These are your four options within this market, some markets are flat level rates ..... meaning buying currency or selling gold to gain currency are the same ratio
So to do the maths behind this and ensure you get your money worth please see below;
You have 10 GoldGold to obtain some GBP
Buy currency = GBP Sell currency = Gold
Example One(1) GBP = 0.05 Gold
So thats the rate if you want to buy some GBP meaning for your 10 Gold you can get 200 GBP (10 Gold divided by 0.05)
If you switch the options so its like this .....
Buy currency = Gold Sell currency = GBP
Example One(1) Gold = 21.4997 GBP
Now we need to work out what 1 GBP = X Gold...... to do this 1 Gold divided by 21.4997 GBP = 0.0466 GBP
So selling your gold this way to obtain currency will get you 214.997 GBP ! More GBP for your GOLD !
You can reverse this also to work the same way if you were selling currency and see the difference also
Auctions
This is the area where you start your bidding wars to get that ideal piece of equipment or a company at a bargain price

Companies for sale
As like the product market there is a company market where other players sell companies they no longer want, need or have time for. Usually at lower prices than starting up a new one from scratch.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
