Rewards:Depending on the type of the initiation step and the effort required to complete it. The new player will get rewards in the form of foods, weapons and INR (Indian Currency).
Points: Most of the initiation steps would also reward the new player with some points. These points can later be redeemed for Super Rewards after completing a month in the Game. (It will be checked according to the Super Soldier medals)
Mentors: The experienced old players who would take up the role of teachers for the new players, in return of their effort and time they would get remunerations based on the progress of their apprentice.
Sponsors: The sponsors who would keep the project alive with the help of the govt. through their heartfelt donations in game and in real life. They will be given special recognition, titles, nicks and appreciation etc.
STEP – 1 – IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
The mentor will guide the new player to the #sec.india of secura India, hosted on the servers of rizon.net. Here the new player can introduce himself or herself to the community and fraternity of this wonderful sCountry.
On completion of this step the new player will be rewarded with 10 points and 5 Q5 foods.
STEP – 2 – Join an Indian Military Unit
The new player will then be guided to join an Indian MU. The MU commander or captain or mentor would guide the player through the military module of the game which includes building up the strength, help with Super Soldier Medal
(The Super soldier medal is awarded for every 30 training sessions) , helping the allies and the country by fighting in various battles and eventually winning them, winning BH medals, free weapons and foods for hitting
On becoming 1000 strength the new player will get a reward of 20 q1 weaps and 10 q5 foods. He or she will also get 25 points
On getting the super soldier medal for the first time, the new player would get a reward of 15 INR and 25 Q1 weapons and an additional 30 points.
STEP – 3 – Finding a Job
On being recruited by Company Owners from the country's Job market for the first time and working 5 days in a row. The new player would get 15 points. The mentors can guide the players to the best job offers. (Working in India or working for an Indian is must) The mentor will also guide you to - Hard Worker Medal (Awarded for working 30 days in a row) On completing 30 days of work and getting the Hard Working medal for the first time, the new player would get 5 Q5 foods and 5 q5 gifts and additional 30 points.
STEP – 4 – Joining a Political party
The new player will be given a choice to join a political party of his/her liking. The party president and people running the party should make it a point to explain the congress laws, the concept of Political Take Over, etc. to the new player.
The reward for joining a political party will be 5 Q5 gifts and 5 Q5 foods. The new player will also get 10 points for completing this step from the govt.
STEP – 5 – Reaching level 10
It's fairly easy to be level 10 in a short duration. The Mentor can guide the players to achieve the same.
The reward for becoming lvl 10 will be 10 INR and 20 points.
STEP – 6 – Becoming a Redactor (Own a Newspaper)
On creating a newspaper and writing/publishing the first article, the new player can make his or her presence felt in the country's media. Any questions on this matter can be addressed by the mentor.
The reward for the completion of this step is 10 Q5 foods and 20 Q1 weapons. The player will also be rewarded with 20 points. (There are rewards for reaching 20 subs, 40 votes etc. on 1st article i.e. 10 Q5 foods and 20 Points!)
GRADUATION
The player will graduate after completing all the 6 steps of initiation.
He or She will then receive a graduation gift of 10Q5 foods, 10Q5 gifts and 50 Q1 weapons.

The points accumulated can be exchanged for Super Rewards which includes cash prize and gifts as mentioned below, after the player completes 1 month in the game(calculated by Super soldier medal).
50 points: i) 10 Q5 foods + 25 Q1 Weapons + 5Q5 gifts
85 points: 15 Q5 foods + 35 Q1 Weapons + 7Q5 gifts
115 Points: 25 Q5 foods + 75 Q1 Weapons + 15 Q5 gifts

The Mentor posts are open to all Real Life Indians and other nationals (In some cases)

The remuneration of Mentors has been fixed at 5 Q5 Foods for every step of the 6 Step initiation completed by their student and 10 Q5 gifts on the graduation of the student.
The more babies you mentor, the more rewards you get.

1. No, your multi doesn't qualify for this programme.
2. The programme is open ONLY to the NEW players who have registered and created an account on and after Day zzzz i.e RL date in sIndia.
3. The new players are required to inform their mentors about their achievements who would, after proper verification, reward them. In case of any disparity a screenshot might be deemed necessary.
4. The new players can report and request for a new mentor in case the mentor assigned to them hasn't been doing his/her job properly. The old mentor might be axed from his/her job if several complaints are received.
5. The plan is open for discussion and debate. Any new ideas as such are highly welcome.
6. If the player changes his/her CS or MU, they will be disqualified from the programme.
7. The retention programme will form the foundation of the Babyboom project. Anyone interested to sponsor or contribute towards the baby boom project are welcome to do so.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
