Oh how to begin this...
噢我該從何說起…
This isn't the good bye I thought would take place. It is t because of RL that I quit like I thought it would be or lack of interest in game, but because of a loss of my home. I may be American, but here I'm eTaiwanese and always will be. I have put to much real emotions maybe into this game but I feel like that is what has made me competitive and strong! But now is also my downfall as I feel the hurt that radiates from my home country.
這不是我預期中說再見的原因。之所以這麼說是因為我不是因為現實生活覺得這遊戲膩了才決定離開，而是因為我失去了我的歸宿。我或許是個美國人，但在這我一直都是個e臺灣人。或許我投入了太多情感給這個遊戲，但也因為如此我才能如此完整、堅強。也因為如此現在的我是對我的家鄉感到如此的哀痛。
I made Trinity for one main reason.. Unite china and Taiwan under one alliance. And to see them both leave on same day after the days I've spent working on both these countries to thrive is heartbreaking... And the reason has been even more shocking and I believe still, very wrong, and even after I provided an alternative course of action.
我創立了三龍會只為了一個理由。將中國與台灣團結在同一聯盟之中。而看著我花費大量心力拉拔的兩國在同一天之中一起退出讓我心碎…而理由竟是如此的令人震驚，而我深信這錯的非常離譜，而對此我也提出了替代方案。
I fear maybe a language barrier and maybe lack of understanding by some new members of eTaiwan could have been a key to this event occurring but to even some weak translations of Taiwan comments in IRC have translated clear to mean "we are strong! Why should we listen!?" And this is not what I believe this game is about and not what I played so long in Taiwan for it to become...
我想或許是因為語言隔閡以及與一些e臺灣的新血缺乏了解才造就了現在的情形，但就算透過些許的翻譯，IRC上的字句仍明顯的表現出了”我們那麼強，幹嘛要聽他的話！”而我相信這並不是這個遊戲的重點，也不是我之所以花費這麼多時間在臺灣之上所希望看到的…
I've made too many friends to list and count and name. Most from Taiwan but a ton from countries all over. This for the ones that read this and are actually my true friends but I hope I do not dishonor you by quitting! And I am truly sorry if I have let you down in any way
我在這結交了數不盡的朋友。其中有很多來自臺灣，但有更多來自世界各地。這篇文主要是寫給我那些看到這篇文的真正朋友，希望不會因我的離開而使你們感到羞辱！而如果我讓你們感到失望，在此我真心的說聲對不起。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
