神盾盟成立後，一直想寫點東西，又不知從何說起。這次直接把報紙發在灣灣這裏，不知道會如何，有點小忐忑。為了便於灣灣玩家閱讀，全文以繁體字形式發布。
看到這次全羅道的失敗，蝸牛感覺既在意料之外又在情理之中。
無論如何，失敗對於灣灣，對於新生的Shield聯盟來說，都不是壞事。高鉆的價值是死的，戰鬥中成長的經驗才是無價的。

灣灣的退出，對於T盟來說就是一個崩塌過程的開始，尤其是在大波波宣布改弦易轍轉投Shield之後，T盟的士氣掉落到了低谷。急需一場勝利來鼓舞成員士氣，穩定日益焦慮的各個盟友，於是T盟的一群老手精心組織策劃了這第二次全羅道戰役。
這次戰役從開始到結束，其攻擊過程相當具有謀略性，全羅道戰場的具體戰鬥過程只是整體環節的一小部分，T盟為了這場戰役的勝利，所進行的策劃謀略和實施的過程才是需要我們關註和學習的。
下面蝸牛就以親身經歷當晚突襲的感受，給大家回顧一下T盟的這次成功的閃擊戰全部過程，簡要剖析下他們整體計劃的策劃、準備及實施幾個環節。希望能給大家帶來些幫助。
Day695北京時間23點左右，第二次全羅道戰役序幕拉開。
1，戰爭目的的推斷
在波波妹宣布改弦易轍轉投Shield之後，為了提升自第一次全羅道戰役失敗之後逐漸掉落的人氣，T盟急需一場勝利來增強各國對他們的信心。如果繼續以失敗而告終，蝸牛以為T盟的覆滅將不可避免。
2，待定攻擊點的分析
從戰略意義上來說，T盟能夠選擇的攻擊目標完全是可以預測的，不外乎是中國、波蘭和臺灣這三家，至於印度印尼和阿根廷因為綜合實力較弱，打擊了沒太大收益，反而副作用很大。
- 中國：集中攻擊中國的戰略目標非常清晰，那就是幫助搖尾乞憐的喪家犬立陶宛復國，即可以打擊不聽話的中國，又可以提升T盟形象。但是日益成熟的EC是個會磕牙的硬骨頭，人數雖少坦克成群，沒必要誰都不想招惹。
- 波蘭：如果攻擊波蘭獲得成功，也是一本萬利的事兒。大波波長期以來不太關註離自己太遠的國家，也很少大規模頻繁的參加聯盟戰役，從來都只關心自家門口的一畝三分地。這樣說來，即使遭到波波的的報復，也不太會涉及T盟的核心利益，唯一會遭到波波直接報復的只有立陶宛，而如今的立陶宛只是一條喪家犬根本沒資格跟T盟討價還價，對於T盟而言，立陶宛的價值最多和一條沙皮等同。
- 臺灣：臺灣永遠是T盟需要嚴厲打擊的第一目標，最大的“反叛者”，原因不必多言。更重要的是灣灣人口雖多，但多是新人，且長期處於聯盟支援者的角色，很少在一線直接參與絞殺作戰。加上眾多老人雙擊和AFK，因此實戰經驗匱乏。是T盟最佳打擊目標，也是最好的鼓舞士氣的打擊對象。
3，開戰的時機
媒體靜默及視線轉移：
在本次突襲之前，T盟的媒體看不到任何攻擊跡象，所有人的關註點都在討論波波加入S盟的事；
高烈度攻防潮退之後的松懈期：
在第一次全羅道戰役勝利之後，EC承擔了T盟後續大量的攻擊，在1周多的時間內，EC平均每天要應對4個以上的戰場。幾天前，大波波對EC的高麥和俄羅斯北高加索組織了2次高烈度攻勢，同時立陶宛也配合開啟國內起義場妄圖他們的第二次復國。
EC在面對波波妹和立陶宛的聯手攻擊，並時不時受到T盟主力軍團空降騷擾的背景下，國防部高度運轉，周密安排，最終全部瓦解了敵人的全部各種形式的攻擊。在奪回先手攻擊權之後，一邊繼續強力鎮壓立陶宛的各種起義，一邊馬不停蹄，直線反攻，最終拿下烏克蘭的天王山戰役“中烏克蘭攻擊戰”，這也成為了壓垮波波妹的最後一根稻草。
D695是波波宣布加入S盟的第一天，西線無戰事，EC戰場破天荒的回落到了2個，除了常規的莫斯科保護性起義戰，只剩下一個完全不能出手的東烏克蘭還地戰。
這讓已經習慣了高度緊張到處趕場壓秒的EC戰士們很不習慣，進入了短暫的松懈器，已經2周沒有搶章的蝸牛當天也在滿世界混章；而此時ETW也剛剛好收復了棒子殖民地全境，國民情緒也逐漸放松下來。
老練的美國佬選擇了這樣一個時刻展開了新的攻擊計劃……

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
