历史背景
雅尔塔会议（Yalta Conference）又称克里米亚会议(Crimea Conference)。 1945年初，纳粹德国临近灭亡，反法西斯战争接近最后胜利，美、英、苏之间的矛盾日益明显暴露。为加强相互信赖，协调战略计划，尽快结束战争，安排战后国际事务，维护战后和平，三国首脑富兰克林·德拉诺·罗斯福、 温斯顿·伦纳德·斯宾塞·丘吉尔和约瑟夫·维萨里昂诺维奇·斯大林于1945年2月4—11日在雅尔塔举行会议。
会议结果
所有被解放的欧洲国家内应该举行民主选举。
4月在旧金山进行就联合国成立的会议。联合国的组织方式基本被确定，联合国安理会的主意被采纳。美国和英国同意当时属 苏联的乌克兰加盟共和国和白俄罗斯加盟共和国为独立的联合国成员。
德国被分裂，德军被解散，德国不准再拥有军队。美英苏认为这是“今后和平和安全的必要条件”。德国应该被分裂为同盟国家的占领区。法国也应该有自己的占领区，应该成为同盟国对德国控制委员会的一员。
德国应该为“她对同盟国在战争中造成的损失”负战争赔款。战争赔款可以以德国国家资源（机器、船只、企业所有等）、一段时间内应该支付的偿款或劳动力的方式赔偿。美国和苏联达成协议偿款总额为约220亿美元。英国认为在当时偿款总额还无法估计。
战争罪问题被暂时搁置。
在波兰，一个“广泛的民主临时政府”应该“尽快进行自由的和不受他国控制的、全民的和秘密的选举”。
在南斯拉夫，一个保皇党和共产党的联合政府应该被建立。
德国投降后三个月内苏联向日本宣战。其报酬是苏联获得库页岛、千岛群岛以及其对大连、旅顺及其铁路连接的控制。
关于意大利—南斯拉夫、意大利—奥地利、南斯拉夫—保加利亚、罗马尼亚、伊朗以及土耳其管理的黑海与地中海之间的海峡使用的问题被暂时搁置。
所有被俘的苏联公民被遣返苏联，不论他们愿不愿意。
处置中国利益
在德国投降、欧洲战争结束后二至三个月之内，苏俄依据以下条件协助同盟国参加对日战争:
外蒙古(蒙古人民共和国)的现状须予维持。
对1904年由于日本背信攻击(日俄战争)所受侵害的帝俄旧有权利，应予恢复：(a)库页岛南部及其邻近的一切岛屿均须归还苏俄；(b)维护苏俄在大连商港的优先权益，并使该港国际化；同时恢复旅顺港口俄国海军基地的租借权；(c)中苏设立公司共同经营合办中长铁路、南满铁路，并保障苏俄的优先利益。同时维护中华民国在满洲完整的主权。
千岛群岛让与苏俄。
上述有关外蒙古及东北的港湾与铁路等协议，须征求蒋中正之同意，罗斯福总统依斯大林之通知，采取取得其同意之措施。
我们是胜利者吗？
当历史的车轮驶过21世纪，我们重新审视过去，一战我们是所谓的胜利者，二战我们也是所谓的胜利者，按照俄罗斯的一句名言：“胜利者是不受谴责的,不能谴责胜利者”，可惜的是胜利者居然在胜利之时被瓜分。
最显著的就是外蒙古被独立，而且是被蒋委员长同意后，宋子文大爷亲自去莫斯科签的条约，建国后，毛曾经想把外蒙古收回来，想把内外蒙搞成一个省，斯大林直接就说，要么你拿走内蒙古，要么我就把内蒙古和外蒙古合并搞成一个国家；强者之所以是强者不在于口舌有多快，根本在于他背后所依靠的力量，能让你连说话都颤抖。
春秋战国，纵横天下，我们看似秦的谋士把六国忽悠的一愣一愣，六国傻吗？他们的谋士难道没有这个能力吗？为什么他们会上套，他们是傻子吗？把他们当成傻子，那我们也就是傻子了，他们到底缺了什么？我想在今天，媒体，书籍告诉的太多了。
我的感受
“国恒以弱亡，独汉以强亡！” 两宋号称天下富庶，百姓安康（虽然不知道有多少农民起义了），一味偏安，不思进取，搞到后面，辽国这个完全是蛮夷建立的国家都敢在宋代皇帝面前称自己华夏，有人说过两宋打了很多胜仗，比唐朝厉害多了，但是他们忘了，唐朝几乎都是在敌人领土上打仗，与唐朝并存的几大国家，吐蕃，回鹘，突厥，高句丽，甚至南诏没有一个国祚超过唐，很多都是在唐朝的手上被扼杀，在唐朝终结历史，即使是藩镇割据的晚唐，也能做出收复河西之地的壮举，虽然西域丢了，但是安西唐人独自坚持到了唐代宗时期，这种精神虽然融入到了每个中国人的血液中，但是直到在朝鲜半岛上，我们才真正重燃，不论有多少人不怀好意的妄图否定他的正义性和历史意义，它仍然名垂千古。
最后我想说的是：“不要辜负这个时代！”。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
