Antes de detallar las líneas maestras de la próxima legislatura me gustaría agradecer la confianza de todos los votantes. Espero no defraudar a nadie y tratar de sacar adelante el país en este mes de Agosto, que siempre es complicado por las fechas.
El programa para el próximo mes se detalla en los siguientes apartados:
Tras la invasión portuguesa-brasileña y la Reconquista de nuestros territorios queda sobre la mesa la cuestión de Andalucía. El debate que se plantea es si debemos cerrar la Reconquista recuperando Andalucía o si por el contrario debemos dejar que siga en manos portuguesas al menos durante un tiempo más. He pensado sobre ello y, en principio, durante este mes dejaremos que siga siendo región portuguesa. Sé que a muchos os puede incomodar esta idea, a mí el primero, pero tengo razones para creer que es lo más adecuado. En primer lugar, el hecho de que Andalucía siga siendo portuguesa nos elimina un enemigo poderoso como es Brasil. Al no tener frontera directa con ellos, si quieren invadirnos tendrán que declarar la guerra primero a Portugal (que es aliado suyo) y después a nosotros. Esto supone un gasto doble de dinero por su parte y más tiempo que tenemos para prepararnos ante un eventual ataque. En segundo lugar, Andalucía no nos aporta nada desde el punto de vista de recursos. Por ello, el mensaje que quiero dar es que, aunque esté en manos portuguesas, Andalucía es nuestra y podemos recuperarla cuando queramos, pero ahora cumple un papel que antes no tenía y es el de protegernos de una posible invasión brasileña. Mientras tanto, debemos centrarnos en nuestro crecimiento como país y fortalecer nuestras relaciones con otros países.
La invasión nos ha demostrado la importancia de tener aliados. Durante las duras batallas que hemos tenido, nuestra alianza con Francia ha sido fundamental para sacar adelante las rondas. El panorama internacional está dominado fundamentalmente por dos grandes alianzas, Trinity y SHIELD. Aunque España (y Francia) es un país neutral, la conquista por parte de Portugal y Brasil (Trinity) nos coloca claramente en una situación pro-SHIELD. No obstante, no nos interesa declararnos oficlamente a favor de una u otra alianza. Estamos roeados de paises Trinity y la situación podría comprometernos en ese aspecto. También, el hecho de pertenecer a una de esas dos alianzas seguramente no nos aporte nada. Seríamos, como hemos sido en otras veces, el último mono y pasarían de nosotros (SHIELD está dirigida fundamentalmente por China y Taiwan, con eso lo digo todo). Por tanto, nos interesa aliarnos con países neutrales como nosotros y pro-SHIELD, pero sin comprometernos oficialmente con una alianza. En esta línea, vamos a firmar MPP con Francia y Turquía, y vendrán otros más a lo largo de la legislatura.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
