This is how it looks now. Personally missing only 7 of them before this update (all from Society Builder section), I really felt like writing this article now. Without further ado I present my look on those new achievements:
CATEGORY MILITARY (11 new achievements) :
1. Destroyer - He was fighting like a boss, one critical hit after another, like 5 in a row or sth!
Can be done fairly easily. With a maximum possible 80% Critical Hit chance, you will have nearly 1/3 chance of achieving this, to be exact:
Odds 1:3.05
Probability 0.32768
You can reach 80% with:
-40% Critical Hit from EQ on 100% Critical Hit Chance day
-at least 26.67% Critical Hit from EQ on 100% CH day, combined with Pain Dealer (yes, it can be combined, I've checked it)
2. Make my day - Seriously? Five misses in a row, come on?!
What a well fitting name and description. Yeah, seriously?
Odds 1:32768
Probability 0.000030518
The only way for this achievement to be unlocked, is to increase that base 12.5% miss chance. Unless system malfunctions or admin introduces something completely purposeless like at-least-200%-miss-chance-day (odds would still be a bit lower than 1:100), NO ONE WILL EVER UNLOCK IT. As a matter of fact even with 300% miss chance day, no reasonable person will unequip their eq for it. If it was changed to 3 misses in a row, odds would still be 1:512 with basic 12.5% chance.
UNACHIEVABLE. What's the point? Sooner or later nearly everyone reduces their miss chance to 0%. Why would anyone disadvantage themselves?
3. Do I Feel Lucky? - Avoid damage like a ninja!
We cannot figure out anything out of this description. Assuming it's 5 avoids in a row, the probability amounts to 0.01024, which is ~1% or 1:97.66
This is rare, but attainable, as long as you use equipment with 40% avoid of course ;]
Note: Unlike with Critical Hit, you can never have more than 40% avoid chance.
4. Miracle Cure - Get your health restored by Hospitals 5 times in a row
With highest possible quality for a hospital, which is Q5, you get 25% chance for regeneration of your health. Finding a battle with Q5 hospital alone may be difficult, especially if you don't intend to fight against your allies or randomly off your MU's orders, but once you are there ready to hit, your odds will still stand at 1:1024.
Probability stands at 0.000976563, which is less than 1 promile. Practically UNACHIEVABLE.
5. Sniper - Master your aiming skill and never miss again
I assume you just have to reduce your Miss Chance to zero.
6.Mathematician - Hit like Pitagoras (hint: prefix of Pi number)
I've no idea what are the odds, but I have a pretty good idea, that they ran out of better ideas for achievements
7. Spartan - 300 brave warriors were fighting in one battle against the odds and they lost with honor
Anyone knows what this means?
8. Fantastic Hit - And he hit like 9999999 or 999999 or 99999 or 9999 damage or idk

9. Extreme Hit - Dealing hit so freaking strong that Chuck Norris wouldn't be ashamed of it (full bar of dmg)
It seems to me, that it happens fairly often.
10. Mad Dog - Being in top 5 fighters on both sides in one round
Obviously very easy to unlock.
11. Who am I fighting with - Being the only fighter on the battle ground on both sides in a round
Can be rather easily achieved in a practice Civil War in a small country, with tight-knit community. Otherwise goofy idea, pray for dead server, where no one fights
CATEGORY MEDALS (1 new achievement)
1. Lucky 13 - Get your medal on Friday the 13th
There can be a minimum of one and a maximum of three Fridays the 13th in one year. Next ones will be in 2015:

CATEGORY SOCIETY BUILDER (3 new achievements)
1. Greedy Hand - Start a fundraising
Well, it's gonna get easier to become a TOP donor with additional fundraisings
2. Good Heart - Share a penny in fundraising
I'm wondering if it really is just 0.01€
Can be combined with Donor/Investor/Society Builder etc.
3. Niggard - Own at least 2 EUR on your partnership program account
Possible on Primera only, at the moment. Can be done in 200 days at most of course assuming admin doesn't
change his mind . For now unachievable, just like "Swiss Inviter" on Suna, when there was no Switzerland there.

CATEGORY SOCIAL (7 new achievements)
1. Big fish - Being so social that you'll get a badge for it
You cannot become a Gold Seller anymore. You will have to work on wiki or translations or become a GO/SGO/GOA, or donate 50€ to a single Fundraising
You can also be awarded with certain badges at the end of an era (this means before the reset) or on special occasions, like it was on Primera on 1000th day, if I remember correctly.

2. Shameless self advertising - Bragging about yourself in your profile description
Write anything in profile description.
3. Artist - Choosing own background and colours
Tried it myself, you have to change them both.
4. Thrift Shop - Buy something for nothing... using a promotional code
Perhaps we'll be getting them more often.
5. Interrogator - Force over 100 players to vote in your poll. May the force be with you!

6. Easy money - Score some gold for ads
Basically "Advertiser I" achievement from Society Builder category?
7. Soul of creativity - Making 10 accepted propositions for ads
Shouldn't it be in Society Builder category as "Advertiser II and a half"?
CATEGORY TOURNAMENT (1 new achievement)
1. Indefatigable - Participating in all of league's 5 rounds
With paltry description like this, it will only be fair if it rewards you just for 1 hit per each round/match.
CATEGORY EQUIPMENT (5 new achievements)
1. Merging legend - Merge three Q5 equipments into a Q6 equipment
About 120g to be invested.
2. Equipped VI - Have all five slots equipped with Q6 equipment
The description is incorrect, is should be switched with the one for achievement number 5 in this section, "Legendary equipment". You only have to equip one q6 item to unlock it. Already reported, they're gonna fix it.
3. Dropbuster - Get equipment from event battle drops (World War, Team National Cup or League)
A walk in the park.
4. Hamster - Own at least a piece from each slot and each quality of equipment (at least 30 different eq)
Because apparently prices of eq haven't skyrocketed enough yet ;]
I haven't been awarded with this yet.

The description is incorrect, is should be switched with the one for achievement number 2 in this section, "Equipped VI". You will need 5 "old" slots equipped with q6 items. Already reported, they're gonna fix it.
Considering there's no "Have all eight slots equipped with Q6 equipment", we can say that admin decided to make it easier.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
