Hello, It has been a little while since I have brought you an update. A few things have happened since my last update and I wanted to give everyone a rundown of what has happened and what is to come.
Most recently you can see that we have retaken back CeC. This was a joint effort both by Canada and the USA. Originally the plan was to wait till our MPP naturally ended to avoid the severing of our Alliance MPP's, but the fiasco in Canada with their 2 previous CP's required its bump in time. So the current CP and I got together and created a plan of attack and yesterday we initiated our plan. Today we will be cleaning up the after affects and getting our mpp's put back in place. Our new agreement with Canada has been put in place and is set for the next 90 days. After much debate and several days of negotiation we finally rested upon 30% rent. However, Canada approached me with a business plan for Canadian citizens and asked if the USA would assist. After reviewing the plan and seeing its potential I agreed to loan Canada a small sum of gold and in exchange CeC will essentially wash it self in rent for the duration of our current agreement.
Prior to CeC not a lot had happened. Things have started settling into their grooves. Our new congress hit the ground running and has been busy on the forums discussing our future. I am glad to see so many active congress people this term. I really look forward to working with them and doing what we can to make this experience pleasant for all.
Some may have heard or noticed that we are trying to contact Mexico about the possible return of their capital and possibly The Bajio. At this time I have no further update except I still have not heard from anyone in the Mexican government. I have Khaled aka Illusive Man and his team working to bring them to the table so negotiations may begin.
As you may see the world push for land has seemed to hit a decent equilibrium. Some countries remain wiped while others are slowly regaining what they lost and others are still expanding. I wanted to let everyone know that after the epic Mecklenburg battle I went to the Polish CP to see what we could do to smooth out relations between our friends and allies in Europe. I was both surprised and hopeful that we would be able to talk about the future of this community. Poland and I agreed to not open rw's in each others territories for the time being and that Poland would back out of SUP Occupied OGD territories. This ha gone very well, Spain was returned and UK is almost complete.
Right now our alliance has settled mostly into their respective territories and right now we are working to strengthen our selves against any further threats.
Last but but not least. I am officially declaring my bid for second term presidency. We have accomplished a lot this last term but I still feel like I have a bit to give. I did not get as much done as I had anticipated due to the war with sup. But this next term I feel will be a bit more organized as my team has settled into a groove and will be more efficient this term.
This term I am going with the same individuals as I did last term with a new face or to I added during the last term.
You may notice that there are a few positions missing from this list. I have decided that a few positions were not needed and have been removed from my cabinet. If needed I will be adding these positions as the term goes on. But this is my starting lineup for the upcoming term. As always I welcome comments from any citizen both via PM and or IRC.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
