ASUNTO:
Alquiler de la región alta de grano “Noroeste del Perú”
Las partes negociantes e involucradas, han acordado ceder 2 regiones:
Andes Peruanos (Región, sin valor, solo para conexión)
Noroeste del Perú (Región alta de grano).
Mediante el pago de una cantidad de GOLD, la cual será pagada de forma semanal a la Org Peruana “
El acuerdo estará vigente a partir del 03 de noviembre al 8 de diciembre, donde la 5ta semana se deben reunir los dos país para renovación y/o ampliación del acuerdo.
El ataque se iniciará a las 23 horas del día 796 (hora e-sim) lanzado por el CP actual de Chile a la región peruana “Andes Peruanos”; corriendo con todos los gastos el Gobierno Chileno.
En caso de perder las regiones de alquiler se deberá considerar lo siguiente:
En caso que sea interno, se diferencian dos situaciones:
Grupo radica o subversivo:
En esta situación, se entenderá cuando sea un grupo minoritario de jugadores de Perú, quienes están incentivando la recuperación del territorio, las partes se reunirán; y negociarán el modo de frenar la rebelión “En caso de perder la región 1 o 2”.
Generalizado:
Si se da por una rebelión generalizada, si son mayoría los jugadores de Perú que batallan a favor de liberar, la UMs nacionales de peru estan seteadas a la vez a favor de la liberación y existen mensajes de la ORG Peruana llamando a la lucha.
Bajo esa premisa, Chile asumirá que se ha roto el acuerdo, dando por congelado cualquier pago que se deba. Y asumiendo un proceso de recuperación de los territorios, sin la necesidad de realizar un pago o negociación.
En caso de ataque externo:
Se entenderá por ello, cuando un tercer país intente invadir una de las regiones. Ambas partes deberán reunirse a la brevedad para coordinar las batallas y poder cumplir con ambas partes del acuerdo. El pago será suspendido solo si se libera la región high de granos. Las partes deberán reunirse de inmediato.
Monto a pagar.
Se pagará los primeros 3 días 1,5 gold. Luego se pagara 2 gold diarios. Todo se llevará mediante contrato.
Se considerará el inicio de pago el día que la región high de granos esté bajo control de Chile

Viernes 31 de octubre : 4,5 Gold
Lunes 03 de noviembre: 14 Gold
Lunes 10 de noviembre: 14 Gold
Lunes 17 de noviembre: 14 Gold
Lunes 24 de noviembre: 14 Gold
Lunes 3 de Diciembre: 14 Gold
Cese de acuerdo
Chile se reserva el derecho a dar por terminado acuerdo de alquiler si no le es rentable. En tal caso se compromete a prestar la ayuda para la liberación de las regiones.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
