前言
『實力才是硬道理，有實力不怕得罪人』
這句話是某大所說的，同樣是我1999年年底到2012年這10多年在大陸所體悟到的道理，
老前輩曾說，在大陸奮鬥1年等於在台灣學習3年，的確，在大陸你所學的不只是一門工作技能，
而是人心跟跨部門吸收跟統合，『你不必要精通，但你要懂要會做』，全能是台幹的專有名詞。
以下是我寫給團員的信其中兩封：
在今天表揚一位優秀的團員 hoza
有留意TGA倉庫明細，就知道監察長是誰？
每天負責物資進出明細及倉庫存餘，產線上工情況。
若有人未上工，他會特別上線通知，奶精連續被通知2次記錄，
這是一份煩悶的工作，可以持續以恆，
這是需要化為一份習慣才能做到。
當人對於一件事很熱情很積極，往往這個熱度只有三分鐘，
當你的目標需要時間來完成時，這份心態不能有熱情，
要把這份熱情改為平常心，習慣性才能夠持續。
人的精神是無法使用熱情維持住的，建立習慣性這才是責任感。
來談談工廠管理：
TGA 薪資為了防範未來跟今日，
今日因外資跟物資的原因，建立起高薪制度，
但這份的高薪基礎在於基本薪資與高獎金所結合，
在未來，會產生冰河期，在這個過程中，
成本高於銷售價格時，高獎金可以彈性變更，不影響基本薪資，
但其他廠受制於基本薪資調高，導致必須降薪下，人員會流失。
雖然最近都興起仿效TGA薪資標準，薪資+獎金，只仿到表面而未入精髓，
每一個體制風格往往是以人為本，目標建立共享時，往往團隊重於體制，
體制利潤是非常少，當一個私營的機構要學時，為了解本身的目標，
一旦效仿就會有利潤不佳甚至於沒有賺的情況。
另外就是銷售管道，這部份屬商業機密，不公開，
維持成本，不貪多，求微薄利潤即可，每週數百G薪資由此而來。
有人笑我說每週600多G的薪資才賺20～30G
就是因為高薪資下必須要高週轉率，
否則為了價格利潤卡在時間週期裡反而營運不佳更得不償失。
這是這週團團與大家分享的想法

我相信團員，如同團員對於自身的名譽看重。
還有TGA有一定的約束力，當各位團員想從TGA擁有一些開始～
得與捨是同時存在的，各位想得到什麼同樣也必須捨棄一些，
我投入金錢，時間，心力這是付出，
同樣我希望在各位身上得到配合，回饋，尊重，執行力，
很公平的交易，在這樣的平衡點，能夠讓TGA持續成長，
『長江後浪推前浪，前浪死在沙灘上』
這是職場常聽到的一句話，不斷學習是前進的動力，往往靠著所謂的山跟人事物，
人事物永遠會有失勢的一天，那你要靠的是什麼，一張嘴嗎？
輸了就是輸，策略失敗就是失敗，沒有這樣的體認，你無法從錯誤中學習，
你依舊安慰自己，給自己100個因為失敗的理由，這是寇者才會做的事。
同樣我也不斷學習，向各位學習，因為從你們身上有缺點有優點，這才是增進實力的方法。
『人並不完美』
我也是有缺點，且非常多，能力也有所不足，這些都是讓我有『自知之明』
盡可能發揮優點隱藏缺點，從中學習，少話多做，多與人聊是非從中了解每人風格。
『互動才是最大樂趣』
每天的樂趣在於上IRC，爭吵也好，嘻鬧也罷，可以從中看待很多人事物，
同樣積極參與，增長自己不同的經驗跟思維，時間是人為可控，你可以作主，
但要保持中立，就算你有派系，也要懂得判斷，腦袋是長在自己身上。
『領導要有自己思維，要懂得授，用人不疑，疑人不用』
領導不是在於他本身的專業，是在於他的統合能力，
如何統合專業，如何控制專業，如何參與專業，
如同我前面所說的：『你不必要精通，但你要懂要會做』
同樣要讓專業如何相信你所做的是對，不是靠一張嘴就能夠說服的。
『認真與否，用平常心』
『遊戲而已，何必認真』這句話是常聽到的，食物是身體所需要的熱量，
那麼精神所需的熱量在哪裡，其實就在這裡，還有電視，書，旅行，滿足你精神所需，
既然有多重選擇，為何還要出現在這裡，何必認真呢，
每當看到何必認真，我真的是嘴角上揚。
『速食主義者，非敗即傷』
一件事往往需要大量的時間跟規劃與計算才有成效，往往要短時間見效是無法長時間維持，
判斷依靠的是經驗，經驗不足會造成判斷失偏，所以在規劃一件事必須70％掌握度方能行動，
一旦判斷有誤要立即放棄，否則損失擴大，再來說服自己是因為什麼原因已經過去式，
『歷史只會出現結果而不是過程，只會出現是非題而不是抬面下的選擇題』。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
