首先 ，我要对大家百忙之中前来参加这次会议表示感谢。
在此，我想要告诉你们的，是一个大新闻。
我先前发表的文章曾提到这是「机密」，是因为当时这些讯息是不能在公开场合讲的。
但是，现在，我要告诉你们，有关组建新联盟的大新闻。
这个联盟将包括当今世界很多的诸多大国。
因为我们目前所在的神盾联盟算不上一个很好的联盟，从上次攻打加拿大之役可见一斑。
这个新联盟将包括：赛尔维亚、台湾、斯洛伐克、希腊、土耳其、罗马尼亚、美国、巴西。
或许还有中国加入，现在尚不能确定。
我本人与Fate联盟现任老大：
我们将会让台湾拥有一个高麦资源地。
当然，在通往高麦的路上，我们必然会再拿到一个高钻。
之后呢？我们剑指南美。

我想说，我支持永远他们。
无论何时何地，我都支持他们。
而且，我知道台湾也一直非常支持他们。
如果这次中国能够支持我们的计划，我们有望成世界上最强大的势力。
就算土豪们擦再多的信用卡，我们也毫无惧色。
我们需要更有政治头脑，我们不能这样和美国恋战，我们需要更多的新玩家，新联盟也会帮助我们做强做大。
我曾与中国总统沟通了超过两个小时。

因为中国的新玩家无法从中国市场买到任何物资。他们注册进来的时候只能拿到CNY。

然而，无论什么时候中国决定加入新联盟，我们都举双手欢迎。
如果他们现在不想来，我们只能考虑暂时离开他们。
等中国新人潮效果显现之时，再让他们决定是否加入新联盟。

_PriNc3_：如上所述是本人的施政纲领。下面是记者提问时间，欢迎提问。
记者甲：问一个经济方面的问题，_PriNc3_ 王子上任后要如何改善就业和货币市场呢？
_PriNc3_：我们可以提高员工的薪资，这样就可以吸引更多人到台湾来工作，从而币值也会相应提高。
实际上我们为此要安排人力检查货币市场，每两小时一次。这件事对于我们经济团队来说是最有挑战的任务。
记者乙：神盾及其余的国家会如何？神盾联盟会解散吗？
_PriNc3_：神盾跟Fate联盟都将会解散，新的联盟诞生，所以会有另一个更加强大的敌人来对抗我们。
记者丙：正如很多人所知，您现实中是伊朗人，为什么会选择来台湾发展呢？
_PriNc3_：我对于伊朗玩家感到厌倦，因为他们有些人嘴巴不干淨，经常污辱他人，我无法与他们在一起进行游戏。所以我选择帮助懂得尊重人的国家效力。
记者丁：有个问题想问
Psycho-SaTan：是的，我出现在这里的原因和_PriNc3_是一样的。

Psycho-SaTan: 毋庸置疑，他是大错特错的，一个优秀的政治家从来不会如此行事。

我也帮忙台湾奋斗超过六个月了，我总是希望多做一些事情能让台湾变得更好。
相信我，我可以让台湾变的更强大，当然如果你要问我：从帮助台湾里我本人可以得到什麽？
我只能说：“我会跟那些尊重我的人一起奋斗。”
补充陈辞
面对会后的种种质疑声音，以及万人参选 的壮观场面，
我很高兴现在大家对我所提到的这个新联盟已经有所了解了。实际上我召开会议的主要目的是告诉你们如果我当选后的计划。无论如何，我完全相信中国和台湾之间的友谊，但是这次，就让中国跟我们走一次吧。
如果他们喜欢被灭国，没问题，但是从我的角度，我不能让台湾变得更弱。
有了新联盟，我们有望成为最强的国家，但可以肯定的是，对我而言最重要的事，是看到台湾最终做大做强。
我很在乎和中国的友谊，但底限是这份友谊不要伤及我们自身。
我们在新联盟里绝不会进攻中国，如果有朝一日他们决定加入我们，我们随时欢迎。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
