王子的计划
关于新联盟
新联盟一旦组建，游戏乐趣会大大降低。很显然，那个计划其实就是把SHIELD和FATE的活跃力量集合到一起。这样的强弱对比，根本不用玩了，纵使克罗地亚也有个卡壕。而且我始终觉得，看上去太美好的东西，往往容易让人忽视其丑陋的一面。
新联盟里的美国
在整个新联盟里的美国其实是最受益的。
关于SHIELD
SHIELD真的还不至于这么差。在我的一系列工作里，有一项就是寻求合作军团，为了就是可以为联盟战场输出。虽然联盟里伊朗是不给物资基本不打的，波兰是用脚揣都揣不动的（而且有死人潮），立陶宛是投鸡摸苟的。但是也有湾湾和土耳其这样的坚实实盟友。而阿根廷，波黑和匈牙利也是中规中矩，虽然一直被灭国。湾湾就不用多说了，基本是全服最强国家。试问这样的联盟，为什么要放弃？
对于王子
谈到SHIELD，那么就必须谈到王子。我始终觉得王子并没有在我这里证明他自己。我完全觉得SHIELD这个联盟还是可以继续存在的。而王子作为总指挥，他的能力并没得到我的认可。这里完全没有任何不尊重，人无完人，他仍然是SHIELD最值得仰仗的人，我本想和他一起改进提高联盟的，可惜他选择退出了。
我们为什么玩这个游戏？
在和王子的接触里，我获得了一些其他的对这个游戏的理解。我们EC的很多玩家为EC而战，很多都是处于国家主义精神。而王子不同，他代表的这类玩家，可以随便移民一个国家并为这个国家而战。这就是为什么我们灭国了还在继续战斗。而王子感觉不如意就会寻求其他路径。因为谁都喜欢胜利。因为我们介意和不介意的东西有很多不同，我们对这个游戏的理解也有很多不同。

详解EC现状
说到这个，必须现说下“一点看法 ”这篇文章，来自1服的大佬saintshaka.透过这篇文章，我们可以看到1服的成功之路。
先说说2服目前和1服的不同吧。
1服有非常完善的国家建制。总统，内阁，MOE, MOD, 国防部，甚至还有卖萌的党委，连移民都有审查部。我不知道1服的这些玩家是以怎么样的游戏精神或者自觉性来做到这一切的。很显然，这不是一天就能做到的。这也不是1，2个玩家可以做到的。就我来说，整个公务员募集活动根本就没人响应，打仗连指挥官都没有，2服的EC已经不能再最杯具了。
1服的军团多为上文提到的军垦制度。摒弃游戏里的商业系统，依靠人数和最低成本来打仗，这是最经济却最难做到的。而2服都是以自发输出为主，这部分，可以看蜗牛的离开！坚持！默默君不羁的江湖 描述。以江湖般存在的2服，是可以共享福，却不能共患难的。虽然不少人更喜欢2服的一股江湖气，包括我。
2服的人口成分与1服有很大不同，目前2服有很大一部分玩家是1服过来的。这部分玩家平时因为不是主玩2服，所以没多少时间看场，同时因为1服的严谨纪律的玩法，在2服基本就是核弹的玩法。剩下的玩家因为军团建制问题，很少有能接受军垦制度的。而没有这个建制，新人来到这个游戏的存活率就会非常低。相比1服的新人不用多少天就可以领装备领枪慢慢打枪输出。2服的新人很多都是在攒钱买装备中默默afk的。
所以EC从上到下的建制不完整，导致了如今EC的局面。我曾想过，军垦完全抛弃商业的办法确实有一定的牺牲游戏性，想试试能不能军垦结合商业走一条新路出来。可是目前的情况是，模仿一个成熟的并且成功的模式，应该是EC走出困境的最快办法，无它。
11月的计划
虽然目前有不少人在努力制造新人潮，但是很显然，这个步骤已经进入了困境，所以原来说的60天计划可能也需要做出改变。11月我们会做一些复国的尝试，但是如果我们的联盟情况没有好转的话，可能复国还是天方夜谭。
目前国内有两种想法，一种是干脆灭国不复国，以自由战士到处捣乱。一种是至少复国，先恢复EC的汇市和市场运作。我个人偏向后者，不过我在接下去还是会多收集一些大家的意见。很高兴关于和美国NAP或者结盟的呼声弱到几乎听不到，这至少是大家对我目前工作的认可，谢谢大家。关于和美国NAP或者结盟这个问题，我曾经想过，可能真的过了这个村就没这个店了（在湾湾签NAP前，美国人几乎求着要来和我们NAP）。
所以11月的首要工作是加强国家体系建设。我希望能有多点的人参与进来。让这个机构运作起来，而不是只有我们几个人在这里瞎忙活。对于各个军团，我希望可以加快军垦的改造。我知道很多当初的卡壕都擦累了，一想到要输出就不自觉的逆反。所以不妨试试改变局面，变被动为主动。同时在新人工作方面，我还会出一些计划。嗯，其他的让我再想想吧。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
