其實前些時間以來...有很多事情都不得不稍微放下，
E-sim的生活是如此，艦娘的生活也是如此，
我只能說為了目前準備考試的階段只能犧牲一些餘裕來準備._.
總之，人生オーフライン這款遊戲就是爛到爆表的垃圾(認真
但是就算如此還是沒辦法Quit，悲劇...
嗯...回歸艦娘報好了，底下是整理本日更新的內容。
那麼
本日実施中の「艦これ」稼働全サーバ群メンテナンスに伴う、アップデート情報をお知らせしていきます。
01▼駆逐艦「潮」改二改装の実装
特型駆逐艦「潮」が高い練度において、さらなる改装が可能となります。
※同改装には、改装設計図は不要です。
02▼給糧艦「間宮」「伊良湖」ボイス実装
艦娘をサポートする給糧艦「間宮」及び「伊良湖」に新収録ボイスが実装されます。
給糧艦使用確認前の確認画面や同使用時に再生されます。
03▼駆逐艦「潮」「曙」及び「初春」「子日」追加ボイス実装
改装後の駆逐艦「潮」「曙」及び駆逐艦「初春」「子日」に、
補給ボイス・放置ボイス・ケッコンカッコカリ専用母港ボイス・母港/戦闘ボイス等がそれぞれ追加/更新実装されます。
04▼母港拡張枠の拡大
母港拡張枠の「艦娘」最大保有数を現在の210隻から220隻に、【+10隻分】拡張致します。
同時に「装備」の最大保有数も【+40装備分】拡張致します。
05▼【新装備】の実装
下記の「装備」が新たに実装されます。
●91式高射装置 ●94式高射装置
●10cm連装高角砲＋高射装置
●SKC34 20.3cm連装砲 ●FuMO25 レーダー
06▼【改修工廠(明石の工廠)】新改修可能メニュー追加実装
改修工廠(明石の工廠)において、ある艦娘がサポートすることで、
91式高射装置・25ｍｍ連装機銃などの一部対空兵装の強化改修が可能になります。
07▼艦隊の【対空戦闘システム】の更新実装
艦隊/艦娘の艦対空戦闘システムが一部更新されました。
搭載した対空装備によって、艦隊防空・個艦防空戦闘がより強力に展開可能となります。
高角砲・高射装置・電探・三式弾などの組み合わせによって、対空カットイン射撃も可能となります。
08▼「艦これ」2014秋イベント：期間限定海域【発動！渾作戦】の実装
2014秋イベント：期間限定海域【発動！渾作戦】を実装、作戦を開始します。
【渾作戦】は、「第一次渾作戦」「第二次渾作戦」「第三次渾作戦」から三つの作戦から構成されます。
09▼「第一次渾作戦」
水上部隊編成の【連合艦隊】編制で南西方面海域の作戦海域(期間限定海域)へ出撃します。
※戦艦・巡洋艦などを基幹とした第一艦隊(水上部隊本隊)に、
旗艦となる軽巡と駆逐艦数隻等で編成した第二艦隊を合流させることで連合艦隊(水上部隊)の編制が可能です。
10▼「第二次渾作戦」
駆逐艦のみで編成した通常艦隊、または駆逐艦と軽巡数隻で編成した通常艦隊で作戦海域に突入します。
本作戦では「第一次渾作戦」に投入した艦娘も引き続き投入可能です。
11▼「第三次渾作戦」
作戦海域において敵艦隊を誘引、これを撃滅するため、
戦艦等の大型艦艇を配備した連合艦隊(水上艦隊)を出撃、作戦の完遂と敵艦隊撃滅を図ります。
第三次渾作戦では、第一次～第二次で使用した艦娘戦力は投入できません。戦力の配分と温存にもご留意ください。
12▼Extra Operation
三次に渡る「渾作戦」を全て攻略した提督は、その後のExtra Operationにも参加可能です。
Extra Operationでは、渾作戦に使用した戦力も含めて、全艦娘戦力を再度投入可能です。
13▼【新艦娘】の実装
防空駆逐艦「秋月」、重巡洋艦「Prinz Eugen」、駆逐艦「朝雲」が新実装されます。
「秋月」は「第二次渾作戦」攻略で、「Prinz Eugen」は「第三次」攻略で入手可能です。
Extra Operationでは駆逐艦「野分」が入手可能です。
14▼イベント海域の支援艦隊について
遠征によってイベント海域へ攻略艦隊を支援する「支援艦隊」を送り出すことが可能です。
戦況によっては、支援艦隊も効果的に運用ください。

大変お待たせ致して申し訳ありませんでした。「艦これ」全サーバ群メンテナンス＆アップデート、全サーバ群ともに作業【完了】しました。メンテ明け直後はアクセスが集中し、接続しにくい状況が発生します。大変申し訳ありません、少し時間をおいてからのご接続をお願いできますと幸いです。
翻譯區：
1.驅逐艦潮改二實裝─不需設計圖。
2.兩位給糧艦實裝語音，使用以前的確認畫面以及使用之後會聽到語音。
3.隨著潮改二實裝，她的伴隨艦也同步實裝了新的語音。
4.母港再次擴張─母港最高艦娘數增為220，同時裝備最高保有數增加40。
5.新增裝備─主要是高角砲(秋月型防空驅逐)以及海外重巡的裝備。
*如圖中所表示，高射裝置為新類型裝備，應該不會歸類為副砲─所以不會影響夜戰類型。
6.改修工廠改修內容追加91式高射装置・25ｍｍ連装機銃等對空兵裝(...第二艦位應該是秋月型防空驅逐)
7.對空兵裝系統強化，將來航空戰迎擊的情況將會因艦隊所有對空兵裝而有所不同。
*可能發動對空cut-in攻擊
8.實裝秋活【発動！渾作戦】，共分三階段的三次作戰。
*史實是完全悲劇的作戰啊...真狗屎
9.第一次作戰就來聯合艦隊啊...
*第一隊將以戰艦、巡洋艦為主，第二隊則是輕巡旗艦+數隻驅逐─純水上部隊→官方設定
10.第二次作戰延續夏活標籤系統─參與第一次作戰的艦娘仍可參加。
*第二次作戰主體為驅逐艦...變相的3-2!?
11.第三次作戰官方已經提醒要有戰艦參戰了，嗯...所以別忘了編成...
*第三次作戰中不能投入第一第二次作戰的艦娘，嗯...熟悉的標籤系統...艦隊主力的溫存要留意。
12.三次作戰結束後，老樣子會有EO，EO地圖可以出擊所有的艦娘，無論是否出擊過前面的任何作戰。
13.新艦娘實裝...這不用翻譯了吧...
14.老樣子，活動海域可以派遣支援艦隊，請視戰況適度派遣。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
