營運工廠之注意事項與細節 (Economical)

經過上次的ㄆㄅ已經有了38個訂閱
感謝大家支持(っ´ω` c)

上次提到的開工廠細項
其實是順便參加我們現任宗痛 ts22626726 的徵文活動

下方會開始講解我經營的方法
以及理想中的經營方式

此處我們以Q1 weps company為例

營運一間加工廠必須考量到的點有

1.材料成本
2.人事成本
3.成品售價
4.稅率

決定開工廠的初期,我在網路上找了一個表格

裡面有完整的表格與使用教學,大家可以邊看邊學(っ・Д・)っ

以下是我刪減後,留下的簡易表格
工廠營運計算範本

有興趣的人可以稍微看一下
在上方有匯率的設定、Q1weps售價
武器增值稅(設定0是因為我在黑市上賣不用被課稅)

想把每一分利潤都賺進口袋的玩家就必須懂得去黑市(必須使用英語)
否則就算只有3%的稅,那也是會大大影響收入的(尤其Q1工廠)

我在裡面有把1~10等列出來,以及他們在Q1工廠一人工作時的產值(同間工廠一天內有複數員工工作時,越晚上工的員工產值會被系統降越低)
請參考

通常為了確保不被系統吃掉額外的產品,工廠主會在工廠內盡量配置ES相近的員工,以避免高ES的員工最後工作而被扣掉大量產值。而一間工廠底下能配置多少員工又是老闆需要思考的(ES就是工作技能的意思)

產值部分,當初帶入的條件跟現在表格上填的不同,所以實際去算會有點小差距

問題討論


關於上述第一點的材料成本,可以跟鐵商、政府、黑市商人購買
第二點所說的人事成本,就是你必須要去計算你能拿出多少薪水來顧人

雇用玩家的方式有分平工(領TWD)與黑工(領Gold)
領Gold不會被扣所得稅,可以讓員工拿到比較好的薪水
領TWD則相反

員工來源有以下三種

1.黑市徵工:會有不同國家的工人,可能可以發低一點的薪水。也可能需要在員工需要回國時贈與機票。
2.就業市場徵工:就業市場通常是剛玩的新手會去的地方,新手開工廠給不起高薪時可以去徵工。
小技巧是搶工作技能1的最高價,然後在往後ES提升後才調整成正常薪資
3.國家牆配合報紙徵工:必須寫報紙、寫shout,優點是可以徵國內高技能員工,缺點是給薪要在檯面上跟人比高。

關於成品售價的問題,無論是黑市還是國家市場都要時間去賣出產品
所以在賣出產品之前一定要留足夠的資金、材料去確保繼續運轉你的公司
畢竟員工在沒有材料or老闆沒有錢發薪水時會不能工作,會害員工拿不到連續工作30天的獎勵,重視這個的員工就會離職。

通常你擁有的流動資金越多,越能夠囤貨賣高價
最差的狀況就是賣給政府,因為政府的收購價格通常都是比黑市商人低

最後的稅率問題,在本國市場賣的時候會被扣增值稅
賣到別國會被扣進口稅跟增值稅(感謝 chaoswill 補充),而黑市使用合約交易不會被扣任何稅

一間工廠乃至整個產業鏈都是自己需要去經營、計算成本的,發多少薪水、給多少福利都是可以跟員工溝通的。新手要開工廠賺錢很難,但不是做不到。要如何在留住員工的同時,為自己賺進利潤是需要龐大的時間與精力去思考、規劃。畢竟天下沒有白吃的午餐

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
