Hei alle innbyggere i sNorway,
Nok en gang nærmer vi oss den tiden i måneden hvor landets president skal velges. Jeg har også denne gangen bestemt meg for å stille meg til disposisjon, men dette vil være siste gangen jeg prøver å bli landets president, i hvert fall på ei stund. Jeg sier ikke at jeg aldri vil forsøke å bli president igjen, for det kan skje.
Mange av dere kjenner meg allerede, etter å ha sendt PMs (Private Meldinger) med meg på spillet, eller etter å ha snakket med meg på IRC, så de fleste av dere vet nok at jeg ikke er norsk i virkeligheten. Jeg bruker google translate for å lese PM/Shouts (beskjedene du kan skrive på “hovedsiden” inne på spillet) og svarer på engelsk. Jeg har ikke fått inntrykk av at noen synes dette er ett stort problem. Jeg har, og vil alltid, jobbe for sNorway sitt beste. Selv om jeg ikke skulle bli valgt som sNorway sin president, vil sNorway sitt beste alltid være det viktigste for meg.
Militæret
Den nasjonale armeen
Samtidig som jeg har vært sNorway sin president, har jeg også vært øverstkommanderende for den nasjonale armeen Heimevernet . Jeg vil fortsette å lede Heimevernet også når jeg ikke er landets president lenger. Det bør nevnes at jeg ikke er alene om å styre armeen.
Heimevernet jobber hele tiden med å forbedre forsyningene til våre medlemmer, slik at det skal bli lettere for dem å gjøre mest mulig skade. Etterhvert som tiden går og dess flere som vil være medlemmer, jo bedre vil forsyningene vi kan gi ut bli.
Kommunikasjon
Neste måned kommer vi til å fokusere på den militære kommunikasjonen mellom sNorway sine to aktive militære enheter. Dette for å forsikre oss om at sNorway hjelper til på en best mulig måte. Samarbeid vil være vår viktigste målsetning, sammen er vi sterkere!

Produkt Markedet
Nylig under ett kongressmøte, ble det diskutert hvordan vi skulle få markedet vårt mer fristende for utenlandske investorer, vi bestemte oss for å senke skattene. Dette ble gjennomført på spilldag 36. Vi håper dette vil føre til flere utenlandske selgere på vårt markedet.
Pengemarkedet (Monetary Market)
Den norske regjeringen gjør sitt beste for å forsikre oss at kursen mellom gull og NOK er rettferdig og økonomisk fordelaktig. Vi har valgt å holde kursen slik at det ikke skal være dyrere enn 0.05 gull for hver NOK, og ikke mer 21 NOK per gull.

Jeg og medlemmer fra kongressen kommer til å ha ett møte hvor vi vil diskutere mulige aksjoner og muligheter. Akkurat nå har vi en muntlig samarbeidsavtale med Sverige. Vi har ingen planer om å fornye andre samarbeidsavtaler nå.

Kabinettet
Sist måned plukket jeg selv ut mitt kabinett. Denne måneden har jeg bestemt meg for å forandre litt på dette. Jeg kommer til å ha en link til ett Google dokument hvor spillets norske innbyggere kan søke om å få en posisjon. Jeg kommer til å gå gjennom listen og plukke ut de jeg tror vil bli de beste kandidatene for posisjonene.

Hello Citizens of sNorway,
Once again we have reached that time of the month, the Country President elections. Once again, I have decided to toss my hat into the ring. However this will be my LAST month I attempt to run for Country President, at least for a while. I am not saying I will never run again, because I might.
Now a lot of you already know me from PMing me, or speaking to me on IRC, so you should know by now that I am not a Real Life Norwegian player. I use google translate to read PMs/Shouts and reply in english. No one has seemed to have a big problem with it; That I know of. I have and will always have sNorway’s best interest in mind. Even if I am not sNorway’s President, sNorway’s interests will ALWAYS come first.
Military
National Army
Along with being sNorway President. I have also been General of our national army Heimevernet . I will continue to run Heimevernet once I am no longer Country President. However I am not alone in running it,
Heimevernet is working on being able to provide better and better supplies to our members, giving them the chance to do ALL that they can. So as time goes on and the more members that join the better the supplies that can be provided.
Communication
Next month we are going to work on Military Communications between sNorways only two active MUs. This way we can ensure sNorway can be as supportive as possible. Co-operation will be our key goal. United we are stronger,

Economics
Product Market
During a recent congress meeting it was discussed that to make our Market more appealing to foreign investors that we needed to have better taxes. As such as of Yesterday (Day 36) taxes have been adjusted to make the import taxes lower. We hope that this will bring foreign product sellers to our market.
Monetary Market
The Norwegian government is trying its best to ensure that the exchange rate between gold and NOK is fair and economically beneficial. By doing so we have set the minimum exchange of 0.05g per 1 NOK, and 21 NOK per 1g.

Diplomacy
I and members of Congress will sit down and have a meeting to discuss possible actions and options. At this time we have an unsigned MPP with Sweden. We have no plans of renewing MPPs at this time.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
