1.Indonesia agrees to rent Sumatra to China for 60day，After 60day，Indonesia next CP can be participated for renew agreement ！
2.China will pay 50% of Sumatra's daily tax to Indonesia as rent during the leasing period. The rent will be paid on a weekly basis.
3.During the treaty period, Indonesia commits not to fund the Sumatra's uprising place;nor to fight in the uprising, nor to provide goods or materials; nor to assign,hire,or encourage a MU (including mercenaries) to fight in a resistance war on the territory;
4.A MPP agreement will take effect as long as this treaty goes into effect.
5.This treaty will become effective after being signed by China Org, and Indonesia Org.
6.All clauses of this treaty will be terminated when either China or Indonesia breaches rules of this treaty within the period of validity. The breaching party will suffer accusations and dishonor.
7.If Indonesians hit 5M DMG in China battlefield，China Org can refuse to pay the rent this week！If Indonesians hit 15M DMG in China battlefield，It will be regarded as destroyed the NAP！15M and 30M just when the DMG bouns.，but Indonesia assure no order. if have order，Indonesia assure no 5M in this MU （Include bonus DMG ）.

D920，中国和印尼决定签署领地和平租借条约，中国将继续租用苏门答腊。阐述如下：
1.印尼同意租苏门答腊岛到中国60天，60天后，印尼下届CP可以参加的续签协议！
2.中国将在租赁期内支付苏门答腊的日常税收印尼作为租金的50％。租金将在每周支付。
3.在条约期间，印度尼西亚承诺不资助苏门答腊起义的地方，也不在起义斗争，也不能提供货物或材料;也不分配，出租，或鼓励MU（包括雇佣军）在中国境内的战争;
4.MPP协议将生效，只要该条约生效！

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
