I’ve first, i guess, to introduce myself. I'm a native Swiss citizen living abroad. First of all I'm the CEO of LVMH Group, managing almost 10 000g of assets (some of our subsidiaries are not yet in the statute of LVMH Helvetia). We are preparing a take over bid on a 4000g SC^^. I'm also a former CP and MOFA in France. I'm not a warrior so I'm complementary to our best citizens.
Before my propositions I can tell you briefly what I will NOT do:
-governing alone
-change everything
-not be prudent
-and of course work for my own interests or do stupid things.
My program is called RENAISSANCE. A French world which means “rebirth” but design also a historical period. Here are my five propositions for a living and better Switzerland that we can summarize in three points: ambition and invitation, cooperation and transparency, soft power and friendship.
Ambition and Invitation
Switzerland has the chance to have among it's citizens (according to our IRL history^^) one of the best fighters in Secura. Strong, intelligent and with relations around the world so that Switzerland keep its independence since a long time!
Based on that observation we have to notice that we can do better with a so powerful heart of the army: Trololo's slots are not full! I'm not speaking about conquering the world but about thinking together what we CAN do. For my own it's a good thing if we can keep Tyrol definitely in Switzerland.^^ My long term dream would be a Swiss centered Federation with some of our weak neighbors -with their agreement!-: one army, one money, one market, a big common market because national markets are not alive. But before that and during this month I want to revitalize our core power... and that means:
Invitation
As I said all the Trololo’s slots are not yet full. I want to recruit more elite fighters. I can do three things for that: encourage our best fighters to invite their good friends in our Country; recruiting among the other servers, especially from oriental (the merging is coming but we have to do that before it! and for that I will nominate an ambassador) and last I will recruit personally (I've some targets^^). This could be a real rebirth for our stable but a little boring Country!
Cooperation and Transparency
The main default of Swiss political leadership was to be sometimes authoritative -even if it was legitimate-. It's a good think for the efficiency of the state but it could be dangerous for us to be used to obey our CPs as we do until now... If the CP is not honest or work for his own interests the state is in danger.
Therefore I'm proposing a POLITCAL REFORM based on the IRL Swiss political system. It will be proposed as a referendum the first day after my election so that everybody can give his own opinion. I want that a Federal Council (= government) will be the executive authority in Switzerland: three of five counselors with the same power and rank but different tasks. Because of the e-sim mechanism the minister in charge of the Defense will be the CP. Advantages: a leadership which is based on consensus and a better security about how the state is managed; sharing tasks so that it's not so heavy to lead the country... it will maybe help that more people get practically involved for Switzerland.
If we want to go further in democracy we can think about voting for each minister, the CP would be the one having the more votes (to have a kind of first leadership in order to distribute the different tasks...and after the defense minister will take the post).
For more transparency my old idea is to put the state industry in an SC which belongs 100% to the state so that the citizens can have a look trough the logs. I observe that since I had this idea some countries apply it. It's good for transparency but not so practical for supplying. I don't know if we could do something similar trough our military unit... it could be perfect!
Soft Power and Friendship
The hard power, our strength is not enough. Our diplomacy seems to be good!...At least quiet efficient. I think my government will continue on the path of active neutrality, pragmatism and friendship.
“If you want peace prepare war”… I want to explore new weapons. My first initiative will be to found a think-thank about economic war… I’m sure that we can develop something interesting especially in NPC context. My second one could be something unique in Secura (as far as I know) and a great advantage: create an intelligence service. It could provide strategic analysis (and pointing concrete opportunities) but also, and that could be very funny, infiltrate the other countries, corrupting leaders… and of course provide first hand informations. When you know something before the other you can act more safely… and not just re-act. That could be a challenge for some of experienced players who are a little bit bored.
About soft power we could also invite more SCs in the Confederation... more competition, lower prices... and overall more taxes.
For a strong and living country we NEED friendships: we have got international friendships I presume (our actual CP is suprem commander) but we need also national friendships despite our different points of view. In eFrance it’s all the time fights between players… that’s why I leaved France: it weakens the country. But we must do more: if our shoutbox is inactive it will not attract new players… when you fill your country is dead you play less and less! That’s why I want that we develop a good spirit of fight and fun on the shoutbox… IRC is not enough! Let’s keep it for practical and tactical matters. Not everybody is able or want to go on IRC.
So that’s a long program right? Sorry for my not so good english.
At least it shows you that I’m serious in game^^
It could seem to be not enough concrete but I insist on the fact that all this points will be realized trough concrete and adapted measures benefiting from advises of experienced players.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
