On the first day of the month players can vote (upon demokracy) on parties. The top 5 party members can participate on congress elections. If the mayority of the top 5 party political system is else then demokracy then the political system changes!
If it change to Demokracy(from demokracy(so it means not change)) then on the president elections following, every people can vote on president. President not need to be in party. Congressman can elect too, but if he elected, then he leaves his seat in congress, as congressman and get back as president. If impeached then he gets back his congress seat. President can propose vCP from congressmembers. President can change vCP status from inactive to active. If inactive then he/she just a normal congress member. On activation President lose every option, but vCP get all president option. (ofc if CP used all law proposal then changing vCP to active not gives him 5 new law proposal that day)
4 way to change this political system:
- Military overhelming - explanation: (Military units can start overhelming, (similar to cw but military unit leaders can join the overhelming (count the MU's strength) and the biggest (most strength) MU leader will be the Dictator (if the overhelming success). This change the policical system to Dictatorship.
- Civil war
- Party elections on the start of month
- Civil war
- Enemy country occupy
If it change to Communism party leader became Political Leader (CP)(new medal for it(this should be the 2nd type of cp medal)) and he can choose 20 advisor from his/her party. Advisors get advisor medal(2nd time of cm new medal), they can propose everything what Political Leader. After communism became the political system Org will gain access to ALL COMPANY on owned regions and they all produce to the Org and all salary taken down from org.(it means you lose right to use your company(you cant change location too))(even MU companies) Only party leaders can accept players to his party.
3 way to change this political system:
- Military overhelming
- Civil war
- Enemy country occupy
If the mayority of winning parties are choosed Dictatorship, then next day Dictator election coming. Players can vote, on Military Units. This vote is a military supporting. In this voting players strength counted. If one of the MU's get 75% strength or more of the country, then goverment state became Dictatorship, the leader of the MU who get the most military support will became the dictator(3rd type cp new cp medal). The dictator get 100 gold instantly, and his MU damage from 20% increase to 25%. Every player at dictatorship nation can only fight where the dictator say.(he can choose more battle) The Dictator can deicide to leave his seat, and retire anytime. On the dictator retire, political system change to Demokracy. Law proposals not need to be accepted by any so there is no proposals only acts, and immediatly accepted. Dictator can choose up to 20 advisor and if he does then law proposals coming back, but Dictator can force any proposal to be accepted, even if advisors vote with NO. (at dictatorship if there is no advisor then noone get congress medal, dictator gets 100 gold instead every month) (advisor=similar to congressman)
3 way to change this political system:
- Dictator retirement.
- Civil war
- Enemy country occupy
On enemy occupation:The country goverment became inavtive. Inactive means the (occupied) country goverment loses congess seats(10 randomly) laws getting reduced (cant start civil war upon occupied, can't change taxes. Impeaching the president needs at least 5 vote from the country who occupied the country. CP can't propose referendums.
Only became again active if it regain the territories. (if that happens the last political system continues.)
Some other suggestion:
Goverment can expand congress seats from 20 to 100. Expand cost 100 gold each.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
