Hello everyone

I just got an idea about new company / working mechanic

This idea is based to make game more similar with Real Life

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1st thing

As well as in real life, there should be some positions in companies. Not just workers.

Positions :

Worker
basic worker who product products ( unlimited workers )

Production manager
he is not produce products, but increasing workers production by 15% ( 1 worker )

Accountant
he is not produce products, but decreasing raw materials needed per one product by 15% ( 1 worker )

Director
he is not produce products, but increasing : worker production by 5% , production manager effect by 5% , accountant effect by 5% ( 1 worker )

2nd thing :

As well as in real life, when you are doing same job for a while, you are doing it better and better
So if you are working on same position in same oriented company, your production will be increased

Worker
for working 10 days in row, in same oriented company, recieve +5% production ( capped on 20% )
For each non working day, lose 5% bonus production

Production manager
for working 10 days in row, in same oriented company, recieve +1% effect ( capped on 5% )
For each non working day, lose 1% bonus effect

Accountant
for working 10 days in row, in same oriented company, recieve +1% effect ( capped on 5% )
For each non working day, lose 1% bonus effect

Director
for working 10 days in row, in same oriented company, recieve +0,2% effect ( no limit )
For each non working day, lose 0,2% effect

If you change company type ( weapons to gifts or etc ) you will lose all bonuses

3rd thing :

As well as in real life, you cant work every day. You need a 1-2 days off.
So there will be an „vacation“ option. You will get 1 vacation point for each 5 days in row.
Vacation will not end your working row ( bonus and medal progress )
Every wokrer will get „exhaust“ debuff, after work 6 days in row without take vacation.
Exhaust debuff will decrease production and effects by 50%

4th thing :

Add new type of company : GYM

Basics :

Everyone who will „work“ there, will recieve 1-5 strength based on company quality
There will be „entry fee“ instead of salary = everyone have to pay to „work“ there
No raw material need
Special working position :
Trainer : each „worker“ can „hire“ trainer ( if available ) to increase recieved strength by 50% . can train only players with lower strength.

Example :
Q5 GYM, 2 trainers available and 3 workers are training ( geting 5 strength ) for entry fee 20 USD. Trainers also work and getting strength ( +5 ). 1 worker will hire trainer, which will cost him aditional 10 USD ( which will be paid directly to trainer ). Next day of work , this one worker will recieve ( 7,5 strength ) and also trainer will recieve +7,5 strength

5th thing

Make an option to create jobs offer for Gold
, not just local currency

Other thing :

On each DC, 50% players should recieve random buff / debuff

Buffs :

+5% to +10 % increase critical chance ( can have +50% if buffed on someone with 40% already )
+5% to +10% increase chance to aviod damage
+10% to +20% increase maximum damage
+3% to +7% increase damage
+5% to +10% increase chance for free flight
+1 to +5 increase economy skill
-2% to -5% reduce miss chance

Debuffs :

-5% to -10 % decrease critical chance ( cant be lower than base chance )
-5% to -10% decrease chance to aviod damage ( cant be lower than base chance )
-10% to -20% decrease maximum damage
-3% to -7% decrease damage
-5% to -10% decrease chance for free flight ( cant be lower than base chance )
-1 to -5 decrease economy skill
+2% to +5% increase miss chance ( cant be higher than base chance )

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
