El banco contará con un total de 2000 acciones, de las cuales se distribuirán de la siguiente manera:
* 400 acciones originales: estas son las acciones del sistema original las cuales están a cargo del CEO.
* 200 acciones primera generación: Estas son las primeras acciones salidas a la venta. Las mismas servirán para implementar el primer paso de la infraestructura.
* 400 acciones segunda generación: Estas serán emitidas una vez acabada las primeras. La función es completar la infraestructura de un país colonia.
* 1000 acciones tercera generación : Ya con el alcanzado el plan de industrialización y con el sistema funcionando, estas acciones permitirán expandir la influencia y diversificar la los ingresos.
El banco buscará producir utilizando bot en las regiones, garantizando el abastecimiento interno del país y la economía estable. Varios accionistas tendrán acceso a las funciones , que previamente serán repartidas para una mejor organización y eficacia.
Las acciones tendrán un precio base de 5 golds., es importante que antes de invertir, tengas en cuenta que esta son inversiones a largo plazo y que si pensas quedar inactivo por mas de 30 días corres el riesgo de perder tu inversión.Es importante tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
el precio estimado de la acción es de 5 gold, se vendenran y compraran cerca de este precio la mayoría, pero puede que el valor real de la acción sea mucho menos (ej 2,5 golds), si quedas inactivo por mas de 30 dias se te pueden remover las acciones, y se te pagará el oro del valor real y no el valor estimado.
En cuanto a los dividendos, cada lunes se evaluará las ganancias del banco, de estas ganancias el 25% serán reinvertidas y pasarán a ser patrimonio fijo del banco (al igual que es el oro ganado por la venta de acciones). El restante 75% sera pagado como dividendos, siempre y cuando se llegue al mínimo (que depende de la cantidad de acciones que haya activas en el momento), si el mínimo no es alcanzado, entonces se guardará ese saldo para la siguiente semana y así sucesivamente hasta que se alcance el mínimo. La cantidad a pagar dependerá de los ingresos.
El banco cuenta con un pulpo que permite la exportación de los productos de exceso , siempre y cuando el sistema interno y el estado ya estén satisfechos con los productos. En ese caso el pulpo exportara los excedentes evitando así el estancamiento del sistema.
