Estoy relanzando el proyecto original de Banco Co.H.Ar , el cual tenía de objetivo en combertirse en la empresa que controlara el mercado y la produccion Argentina (hace ya casi 3 años). Por distintas razones el proyecto terminó cerrando, y quedó abandonado.
Pero hoy hay 3 hechos que generaron la oportunidad para que el proyecto vuelva a tomar vida. Pasaré a enumerar y explicar cada uno de estos puntos, antes de seguir con el proyecto en sí.
Tres situaciones actuales.
La modificación de los Bot : Hasta ahora los bot acumulaban monedas locales, los que le generaba al estado una ganancia de entre 40 a 60 gold diarios por la impresión de billetes y la acumulación de impuestos. Ahora que esto cambió y los bot venden su moneda, el ingreso real estatal es solo el de los impuestos, por lo que si se queda sin regiones estos ingresos son inexistentes. Muchos países optan por seguir imprimiendo moneda e intentar hacer que los bot almacenen en el mercado monetario, pero esto es solo una bomba de tiempo que los llevará a mercados inestables. Este banco buscará lo contrario.
La incorporación de países limítrofes y débiles : ¿Porque débiles? Porque son países que nacen sin grandes reservas de oro , solo lo que juntan vendiendo su moneda inicial a bajo precio. Estos países nacen sin empresas , por los que sus bot quedan al acecho de privados o de otros estado mas ricos. Argentina pretende colonizarlos pero no cuenta con los recursos , por lo que necesita si o si de ayuda privada, y el banco es una de las mejores forma de canalizar esas inversiones.
El abuso estatal y el traspaso : Es estado cuando es administrado por las mismas personas mucho tiempo, tiene 2 posibilidades , o crece a ritmo constante, o termina en una crisis de vaciamiento. Y definitivamente cuando cambia de mano en mano mes a mes, las formas de administrarlos pueden variar mucho. Es de conocimiento público que inicie una denuncia contra el presidente anterior por mal manejo de la org. Es una disputa que posiblemente quede en la nada, porque tenía la autoridad para decidir las prioridades. La realidad es que el estado no solo perdió toda la ganancia de esos 2 meses, sino que las org quedaron con mucho menos cosas y dinero del que tenía antes de asumir.
Antes estas situaciones es un buen momento para descomprimir el estado, y funcionar de forma eficiente, sin poner en riesgo la el sistema y evitando el abuso.
Como el estado ya no puede producir a bajo costo, y sus ingresos estarán determinados por los impuestos, lo le afectara que la producción esté en manos privada, siempre que se produzca. Ante esto, el estado será el principal el principal proveedor del banco, y el banco garantizará el abastecimiento del estado y el mercado interno,antes de exportar.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
