Truputis Ekonomikos naujienų pradžiai
eLietuva šiuo metu turi 18 regionų (užėmę Latvijos ir Švedijos regionus). Turime 180 NPC (robotukų) dirbančių po mūsų šalies vėliava, kiekvienas iš jų moka mokesčius į šalies biudžetą. Dauguma jų yra įdarbinti ir dirba už Litus, tačiau yra dar ir tokių kurie dirba už Švedijos valiutą, SEK. Būtent apie juos ir papasakosiu šiandien šiek tiek plačiau.
Šiuo metu daugiausia įpklaukų nešanti verslo šaka yra ginklų gamyba (kaip ir kitose Securos išsivysčiusiose šalyse). Surenkama apie 2500 LTL/ dieną mokesčių, bei apie 1k SEK/ per dieną. Sumos atrodo gana įspūdingai, tačiau paskirsčius biudžetą (karui, plėtrai, deimantų supirkimui, alianso karinei pagalbai ir kt) taupymui lieka apie 20-25% nuo minėtos sumos.
Kaip jau ko gero daugelis matėte, yra vykdomas Deimantine Samogitia atnaujinas projektas, kurio eigoje Org superka deimantus, ir tokiu būdu padeda plėtroje smulkiems verslininkams. Supirkimo kaina svyruoja 0.1-0.11 LTL/ vnt. Taippat neseniai rašiau straipsnį į Global, apie Deimantų pasiūlos sumažėjimą ir paklausos padidėjimą Securoje. Smulkiem verslininkam, ir ne tik - patarčiau labiau pasidomėti situacija, nes tai puiki galimybė verslui.
Švedijos NPC
Primenu pagrindines taisykles pagal kurias robotukai dirba:
1) NPC gamina prekes arba žaliavas, priklausomai nuo fabriko, ir regiono. Norint gaminti žaliavas fabrikas turi būti high arba medium regione, tada robotukai gamins to tipo žaliavas, pvz Latgalioje gaminama Iron, Samogitia Deimantai ir tt tt. Prekes NPC gali gaminti bet kuriame regione (čia įdomiausia vieta). Pvz Dainavoje yra nederlingas regionas, tačiau pastačius fabrika Gifts 3 ar kitką NPC sėkmingai gamins Giftus.
2) NPC padirba kas dieną, išskyrus vieną dieną per mėnesį. Tai yra jie dirba 29 dienas iš 30. Jie dirba iškart po DC, maždaug 20-50 min iškart po Day Change.
3) NPC dirba konkrečiame regione, už aukšciausią tuo metu pasiūlytą alga. Ką tai reiškia? Tai reiškia jei Petras Dainavoje turintis weps1 fabriką robotukam siūlo 30 LTL/d algą. O Antanas siūlo 31 LTL/d tame pačiame Dainavos regione. Robotukai eis dirbti pas Antaną, nes jis pasiūlė didžiausią alga tame konkrečiame regione. Taip su algom yra visuose Securos regionuose. Tai sąlyginai gera sistema, nes skatina konkurenciją, ir taip atneša daugiau lėšų į šalies biudžetą.
4) Dažniausi NPC naudotojai yra Org, taip yra todėl, kad Orgai kontroliuoja mokesčius bet valiutos leidimą (Print).
Kodėl verta naudoti NPC?
Pagrindinės priežastys yra kelios. Pirmiausia NPC yra stabilus darbuotojas, kuris nesiskundžia nei darbo sąlygomis nei kuo kitu. Jam aktualu tik algos dydis, juk robotukas dirba pagal tam tikrą formulę (jos aš nežinau). Jei alga bus žemesnė nei numatyta jo formulėje, jis išeis ir dirba Admino darbovietėje uz 1 LTL. Tai padaryta kad žmonės nepradėtų piknaudžiauti, sakykim įdarbina NPC už 35 LTL ir kitą dieną sumažina algą iki 5-10 LTL/d.
Dauguma Securos NPC šiuo metu yra skill 13 todėl pagamina gan daug produkcijos, kurią pardavę gausite gan didelę maržą, ir pelną.
Švedijoje yra 60 NPC
Kaip jau matėte, kiekvienas regionas turi 10 NPC, kiekviena šalis turi 60 savo robotukų. Užkariavus daugiau regionų, automatiškai LT turi daugiau NPC. Tai yra labai naudinga šalies ekonomikai, kadangi surenkama daugiau mokesčių, pagaminama daugiau prekių.
Šiuo metu Švedijos NPC naudoja švedai, kadangi jie nuo seniau juos naudojo, o Lietuvos verslininkai jų dar neperėmė. Lengviausias būdas pradėti naudoti NPC švedijoje yra nusikelti fabriką, į tam tikrą regioną, ir ten pradėti gaminti prekes. Primenu, kad šiuo metu naudojant robotukus švedijoje, jūs algas mokėsite Litais, kadangi mes esame užkariavę visą Švediją.

Ieškome žmogaus, kuris žino kaip NPC dirba, kaip jie darbinami ir tt. Reikalavimai:
1) Patirtis versle (bent smulkaus verslo valdymas),
2) Minimalios Ekonomikos ir Matematikos žinios (arba e-sim Ekonomika),
3) Mokėjimas lanksčiai reaguoti į verslo pkyčius,
Darbo pobūdis: padėti derinti reikalus susijusius su NPC, valstybės mąstu. Atsakinėti žmonėms į klausimus susijusius su Robotukais (privačios konsultacijos ir pan).
Užmokestis/Privalumai: 10-20 Gold/ savaitę, priklausomai nuo rezultatų. Priėjimas prie vidinės valstybinės mokesčių bei ekonominės informacijos. Supažindinimas su labai svarbiais ir įtakingais Securos verslo žmonėmis. Neribotos galimybės plečiant savo verslą.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
