As many of you know 9 days ago, we won our first RW on the road to liberation. At the time, we were in the middle of a political crisis, as our then president marcox was impeached as the battle was ending. In an attempt to provide some stability in this important strategic time, I proposed myself as president and was voted in by a majority. At the time, I was on the fence about whether or not I’d seek the presidency in September.
Because of my recent history, I was and still am reluctant to do anything from the orgs and spent my own gold to start resistance wars (RWs) and supply myself during the next week of fighting to complete our liberation. In an attempt to try to lure workers here, I also proposed a change to our tax code, from the prohibitively high income tax on our resource goods to something that puts money in the hands of the public and not the government. On the MM, the offers remained strong at 0.1g/1ITL. I found out recently that NPCs will only take offers of a certain amount in country currency regardless of how much the offer is worth in gold, a flaw in the programming I hope the developers address in the future.
As we continued through the 9 days, I joined the Legion’s channel and began brainstorming about strategy moving forward. Honestly, that part of political interaction is my favorite part of this game. Twice Albania offered us a ceasefire and the first time was before we had secured all of our cores. I was forthcoming with The Tormentor that I intended to use the initiative to regain that final region because it would have been cheaper than the 20 gold to start a RW, but that I was fine with concluding a peace.
Then Albania started a declaration of war law to Serbia, an ally of ours and a country whose leadership has been very supportive of me personally and professionally. I felt that I couldn’t conclude peace when they threatened our ally in such a way. Proving just how much of a pawn of Guardians of a NAP Albania really is, the UK declared war on us as well.
Now, we get to the reason for my article. Moving forward, I see that we have 3 options.
1) We go about our days much like we were before and we’ll probably be conquered again. When that happened, we remain largely inactive and irrelevant. In this scenario, if I remained your cp, I would continue fighting for allies with my own resources and rarely start RWs at least until the Serbia war is settled. I can supply myself with 15/15/260 daily from my own production with very few days a month that I need to subsidize my weapons and about 2g a day in raw goods.
2) My MU Th3 N9ne is set up for a commune and all that would be required to make it operational is active fighters. We would have to see how many are willing to try it, but we could make a very decent daily supply chain if enough people with high econ skill (ES) agree to try it. In this scenario, we’d try to stay alive in Italy fighting a bit harder. This hinges on how many are willing to do this, because it seems pointless for me to quit my rather cheap and doable self-supply if there isn’t a significant number of active fighters. I will tell you with the old members, we had a self supply commune of 20/0/200 for the people whose ES was lower than 19 I believe.
3) Finally, the 3rd option is to continue supplying as you have for the last long while by contract from the orgs. I would not be involved in that action at all and again would continue to supply myself. This option puts all the consequences for your activity or lack of it on you as individuals. I will say that this option, though it often can’t be helped, can only lead to extended periods of occupation and irrelevance.
“SEND FORTH ALL LEGIONS! DO NOT STOP THE ATTACK UNTIL THE CITY IS TAKEN!”
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
