Repasa los titulares más destacados de la semana en este tercer domingo de noviembre en TVE, el periódico líder en España (al no tener competencia).
España
- ¡España atacada!: A mediados de esta semana Albania perpetraba un ataque sobre territorio español, ataque que fue repelido gracias entre otros a la colaboración de la alianza Unión Sudamericana (SAU). Desde aquí hemos intentado que el presidente de Albania nos comentara este tema, pero sin éxito.
- Y tras el ataque... llego el NAP: Después de 48 horas del ataque de Albania a España se ha conocido que Albania, España, Grecia y Perú (junto con SAU) han firmado un pacto de no agresión (NAP), en el que España cederá las regiones Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha y Andalucía a Albania a cambio de que Albania deje todos los NPC's (de tres regiones ahora y luego de 6) y proveerá de ALB a precio de impresión a Spain Org, además de dar full supps a todo ciudadano español que luche por Albania o sus aliados en sus órdenes de batalla. Por contra, España y sus aliados (SAU) no podrán luchar en contra en las batallas de Grecia y Albania, al igual que estos dos países no lucharán en las batallas de SAU. Finalmente se acuerda que este NAP tiene una duración de 30 días (hasta el día 1940) y que podrá ser prolongado si todas las partes están de acuerdo. (Ver todos los puntos del acuerdo mas abajo). Un acuerdo criticado pero totalmente legal según afirman los administradores.
Internacional
- Semana de pactos: Por un lado se ha dado a conocer que los presidentes de Alemania, Austria y Eslovaquia han firmado un acuerdo por el que Alemania sera enclava de las potencias centrales (Austria y Eslovaquia) a cambio de oro cuyo pago sera semanalmente. Alemania renuncia a recuperar todos los territorios que estén ocupados por Austria y Eslovaquia y solo podría recuperar el territorio ocupado por Polonia. Por otro lado Francia y Reino Unido tambien acuerdan otro NAP, en el que Francia tomará el sudoeste de Inglaterra, Gales, Irlanda del Norte, Escocia y Canadá. - ¡Bienvenida Ucrania!: Tras meses siendo ocupada, Ucrania empieza a liberarse de Polonia.
- Egipto y Grecia se reparten el estado de Israel.
- Hasta el momento 34 países han sido conquistados completamente, uno más que en la anterior semana.
Economía
- IVA más elevado: 3% a los regalos, al pan y al sistema defensivo.
- Tasa de importación más elevada: 3% en los diamantes, al pan, la madera y al sistema defensivo.
- Impuestos de las ganancias: todos los productos/recursos estan al 50%.
- A pesar de la guerra, España mantiene una región media en granos (Galicia).

- A día de hoy son 2,673 los jugadores de este servidor, 33 más que la anterior semana.
- España cuenta ha día de hoy con 29 ciudadanos activos (3 más que la anterior semana) y 58 residentes (4 menos que la anterior semana) siendo Castilla la mancha el territorio más poblados con 14 ciudadanos.
- El Reino de España pierde una región respecto a la semana a pasada (Castilla y león) y se queda con 5 regiones a día de hoy.
- La región española con más compañías es Galicia con 35, la que menos Castilla la Mancha con 6.
- El país con mas ciudadanos es Taiwan con 194 (4 menos que la semana pasada), mientras que el que menos es San Marino con 3 ciudadanos.

What you should know about this week
- Terms of NAP (Albania, Spain, Greece, Peru and SAU)
1.- Spain will surrender the following 3 regions to The State Of Albania (Castile León, Castile-La Mancha and Andalusia) and after that, both countries will cease fire and end the war.
2.- Albania will let Spain keep all NPC’s(3 regions for now/6 later) and provide ALB at Print price to Spain Org .
3.- Albania will give full supplies to All Spanish citizens that will fight for Albanian/Allies battles order.
4.- Spain and allies (SAU) won't fight in Albania/Greece battles
5.- Albania & Greece will not fight in SAU battles
6.- This NAP will start after 4 presidents signed it and it's valid for 30 days (till day 1940) and after this time it could be prolonged if all parties agree.
- Terms of NAP (Austria, Germany and Slovakia):
1) Austria and Slovakia will keep all German core regions
2) Germany will be paid a fixed amount of gold each week
3) Germany won't fight against Austria or Slovakia
4) If Germany hits more than 10kk against Austria or Slovakia in any given battle, all damage on top of the 10kk hit against Austria or Germany will be taken out of the gold they are paid each week at a rate of 2g/kk. (These values will be accordingly adjusted on bonus damage days)
5) Germany won't start any RWs in Austria or Slovakia
6) Fine for breaking the NAP is 500 gold
7) This NAP Is valid until the next CP elections (6th December) with an option for an extension if all CPs agree
- Terms of NAP (France-UK):
1) France will take Southwestern England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Canada
2) UK will let France use 5 NPCs in Northeastern England
3) France will let UK use full NPCs in Southwestern England, Wales, Scotland and Canada Pacific Coast
4) UK won't start RW or attack France
5) France won't attack UK
6) Fine for breaking the NAP is 700 gold
7) The NAP will start when both CP will sign, and will last until Day 1980. Can be longer if both CP agree.

Guys, things aren't hot on the financial front at the moment. Our main moneymaker is under occupation, but lest that makes you trepidatious, never fear, we're hard at work to come up with a solution to make ourselves self-sufficient to the detriment of Chiwan's tax revenues from Pac Coast.
I cannot and won't promise that we'll be free this month, or even next, but I will promise you that I will work hard to establish a roadmap that puts us closer to our ultimate goal: freedom.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
