Repasa los titulares más destacados de la semana en este cuarto y ultimo domingo de noviembre en TVE, el periódico que incomoda (y pasan de contestar) a algunos CP solo por preguntar.
España
- Albania 2 - España 0: Una semana después de anunciarse el pacto de no agresión (NAP), España cumple lo pactado y le sede a Albania los dos territorios que le quedaban sin resistencia.
- Tras las elecciones, 13 congresistas (uno más que en la legislatura anterior) conforman el nuevo congreso de España, de ellos 7 son del Partido Cannábico Español, 3 del Partido Democrático Español, 2 del Frente Popular (parido que gobierna) y 1 de Unidad de España.
- Nuevo NAP: Tras romperse el anterior pacto, los presidentes de Albania y España llegaron hace unas horas a un nuevo acuerdo en el que, España cederá tres regiones a Albania a cambio de que esta le entregue 15 oro al día por región. El pacto estará en vigor hasta el día 1949. La multa por romper este NAP es 500Gold. (ver puntos completos abajo)

¿Felices los cuatro?: Ni una semana duro el NAP entre Albania, España, Grecia y Perú (junto con SAU), cuyo pacto se rompió por parte de Grecia y SAU. Preguntado por este medio, el Presidente de Grecia
El NAP en si debió ser entre España y Albania, no incluir ni a Grecia ni a Perú.
Pero por apoyo a España, SaU decidió aceptar, el problema que la alianza es grande y uno que otro busca BHs libres, y pegaba en contra de Grecia en batallas ya ganadas tipo 6-1 5-0, pero el CP de Grecia lo vio como una Provocación, luego comenzó a pegar en nuestras directas... por eso la imagen en mi shout. Ahora estamos libres nuevamente y dejar solo en el NAP entre España y Albania, si lo aceptan excelente, sino... pues se vera que hacer...
- En Europa, Ucrania cae completamente de nuevo en manos polacas, mientras que Finlandia aparece brevemente antes de caer en manos rusas de nuevo. Por otra parte, Francia reconquista al fin el territorio que tenia en manos de Suiza.
- En América del norte, los EEUU vuelven a fracasar ante cualquier intento de recuperarse, mientras que Francia aplasta a Canadá.
- Sorprendente la evolución de Perú esta semana, que pasas de tener 22 regiones a 30 lanzándose a la conquista los países de su región, entre ellos Colombia, cuyo país ya solo le queda un territorio.
- Hasta el momento 38 países han sido conquistados completamente, cuatro más que en la anterior semana.
Economía
- IVA más elevado: 3% a los regalos, al pan y al sistema defensivo.
- Tasa de importación más elevada: 3% en los diamantes, al pan, la madera y al sistema defensivo.
- Impuestos de las ganancias: todos los productos/recursos estan al 50%.
- A pesar de la perdida de territorios, España mantiene una región media en granos (Galicia).
Cultura y Sociedad
- A día de hoy son 2,632 los jugadores de este servidor, 41 menos que la anterior semana.
- España cuenta ha día de hoy con 31 ciudadanos activos (2 más que la anterior semana) y 33 residentes (25 menos que la anterior semana) siendo Madrid el territorio más poblado con 12 ciudadanos.
- El Reino de España pierde dos regiones respecto a la semana a pasada (Andalucía y Castilla la macha) y se queda con 3 regiones a día de hoy.
- La región española con más compañías es Galicia con 35, la que menos Aragón-Cataluña con 11.
- El país con mas ciudadanos es Taiwan con 191 (3 menos que la semana pasada), mientras que el que menos es Costa Rica con 2 ciudadanos.

- Terms of NAP (Albania and Spain)
1.-Spain will surrender the following 3 regions to The State Of Albania (Castile León, Castile-La Mancha and Andalusia) and after that, both countries will cease fire and end the war.
2.- Albania will pay 15Gold per day and region to Spain to rent these regions.
3.- Albania will give full supplies to all Spanish citizens that will fight for Albanian/Allies battles order. ( Spain Org will say with a shout where).
4.- This NAP will start after both presidents signed it and it's valid for 30 days (till day 1949) and after this time it could be prolonged if all parts are agree. Penalty for break this NAP is 500Gold .

As you see they broke the NAP however this is only for me and for SaU Albania can continue if it wants to the NAP.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
