Yesterday, I realized that I've been playing this game since day 727, so for 1454 days (and for 1455 as for now, when I'm writing it) which leaves me with approx. three years spent on Secura and Secura only - the best server of all
Ya konw, some people would just end it up or just go, make some coffe and then double-click as always. But not moi. For moi it was a time for a bit of reflection so I came up with an idea of making a brand-new (and very first in this newspaper so far) so if you like this article, click thumb-up and subscribe for more

This new series will be called MEDA (a fond name for a Moi's for the Engineering Development Advices) and are about to help moi to share some ideas of mine about the game - or more precisely - the ideas about the possibilities of game development with you - the everyday, as well as those ocasional, players of Secura. Also, I hopefully believe that you help me with reaching with those messages the highest Staff, so yalla, let's go!

My proposition for today are Economic Unions. What would be that? For a short answer:
//economical entity within a countries coaltion tha alows them to merge their marekts and currencies for limited amount of time with possible option of extending it//

For a longer answer I'm gonna give you some details wich I conceived in my demonic mind but I'm not going to put any copyright or anything like that on it so feel free (especially Admin or the staff) to modify it as you wish.

So what are those details? I'm gonna point it into three subsections: mechanics behind, currency and market with bonus point for the case of dissolution/exiting the union

MECHANICS:
As mentioned above this option will make it possible to create pannational markets for the members of a coalition so...
*the merge cost 50 Gold
+ 10 Gold
per every participant (min. 2) and automatically lasts 1 month
*any extension of that period costs 15 Gold
per participant and lasts for the next month, there's no maximum limit for the merge time nor the number of members, as long as any of the coalition's national orgs does manage to make a sufficient fee (if fee is lower than it should be, it must be specified who shall leave the union then)
*joining the union while not being a co-founder costs 20 Gold


MARKET:
For time the union lasts, there will be a single market between all of union's parties which results in: no import taxes for products sold inside of the market, a common currency and identical chart for each countries' market (so if a union was made up of Australia, Brazil and Mexico for example, products sold in Australia would be visible in the market of Brazil and Mexico and vice versa).


CURRENCY:
Between the parties of the agreement there shall be no other currency but the one common called after the coalition's name (shortcut) and with flag made up of coalition colour on the left and a colour chosen by the president of country making request for an Economin Union. By the way:
*when Economic Union is accepted, all Monetary Market offers for participants' nationa currencies will be deleted
*members' national currencies will be temporarly removed and exchanged at ratio 1:1 for a new union's currency everywhere
*each country will reserve the right to print money and have it's own treasury (but there would be also union's treasury at the same time)
*If shortcut for the currnency will be occupied, the last letter will be randomized from the: JQVWXYZ (or any other combination of the rarely repeating letters)

WHAT IF...
*a member of the union decides to leave the coalition: it will be removed from the union instantly, and its and its citizens money in common currency will be converted instanly to national currency.
*a member of the union decides to live the union (but remain in the coalition) or there won't be enough Gold
paid for its maintenance in the union: it will be removed after next union's billing period , and its and its citizens money in common currency will be converted to national currency (in ration 1:1).
*The union colapses (there would be only one lasting member): it will be removed after next union's billing period (but cannot leave before otherwise than by leaving the coalition) , and then its and its citizens money in common currency will be converted to national currency (in ratio 1:1).
*The unions is dissolved (there's no lasting members at all by dissolution/leaving the coalition by the all of union's members): all former members and their citizen's treasurries are brought back to national currencies (in ratio 1:1).
*In case of union's dissolution, treasurries of all foreign (non-former-members' citizens) their money in union's currency will be exchanged for currency of one of the last members that have remained according to their location (if union was before composed of Britain, Portugal, Spain and USA before, and he/she is on the British ground in the moment of dissolution - it will be GDP, if on US ground - USD and so on). If he/she is in neither of that locations, the exchange for national currency picked shall be randomized from across the last members' national currencies.

I can understand comments/messages in at grammatical or semi-grammatical English, Polish, some other Slavic languages (even in Cyrillic script) if most basic and common words are used as well as maybe/somewhat/nah/probably/dunno/to some small extent/anyway Hebrew (but please don't expect me to respond in that one, more likely in English, cuz diqduq ivri sheli is limited to present tense and hardly recognizing difference between masculine, feminine and maybe singular/plural forms of the ata/at/atem/aten so be forgiving and merciful, please (after all Eliezer could make the verb patterns a bit simper while restoring the language )

Yeah, basically to the most extent, I do not trust Google Translator

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
