I think I have the right to show my side in this case.
The case:
Serbia Org (my enemy country) offered 40K iron in the market at a price of 0.3. When I saw it - I flew there and bought it. staff gave me fine - 93 gold and 3 days ban (reduced to one day - after unban).
I will divide the response into two parts.
1. fine
If someone needs to get a fine - that's who put the offer, not me. After all, he put at an unfair price and his goal was to steal (apparently). In any case, he took it from the org to a place everyone could buy (market), so its his problem and its his illegal action. No one thinks I put the offer or that I asked him. He's my enemy.
Not likely to give debt on free buying in the market. It's a place open to everyone.
Also, there were several times that I bought something at the market at a high price or put something in 0.01 on the market (to buy through a stock company), and when I asked for help from staff - they said they could not do anything.
(here you can see, GOA say that anyone can buy at 0.01. The debt in this case will be on the person who put the offer)
and the best part - there is SC which buying from the same org at the same prices, every few days.
That is why he set the offer at the first place, to buy it from his SC.
(you look right, Org buying from random players at 0.75, and sell to SC at 0.3. All under the protection of the law)
when i tell that to zorica she said "that SC is working for org not for shareholders"
since when Org can make SC?
since when SC can hire NPC?
Admin deliberately did not allow it - coz he want competition, not only gov hire NPC.
2. ban (3 days).
for this case above i also got 3 days ban. when i asked zorica why, she said its because this is the second time of 'stealing' from org.
when i asked what was the first time she said that i buy 15k DEM (Germany cc) at 0.01g each, which is illeagal coz price was 0.0128 (In her opinion) (42g difference) .
i tell her that almost every MM and Org sell at this rate (0.01), as she said in past
all those 80% got ban and fine? really?
but now? all Orgs not selling at 0.01g
so.. lets check this claim:

For the sake of fairness, I will bring here the official response from

What would be happen if you can login on any enemy Org? I tried to explain you on chat and i asked you to send back iron and Org will send back CC. Instead of that you started spam me with other cases and examples which have nothing common with your case. Please, have on your mind that you are not staff member and logs you can see are limited. Anyway, fair play is most important part of this game. Org is protected and Staff on this server will keep protect every Org as much as we can. I kindly asked you to sent back iron you bought from Org, you refused. Fine will stay! Warning for stealing from Org will stay!
Be careful, next stealing from Org is perm ban.

You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
