Sinaloa / México and stuff. (Fun)

This can be an entry to zorica 's contest, but... yeah frick it, it is.
The following things that I'm gonna show you are just a little bit of my "reality", I am gonna show you how's my hometown on winter.
This is more like a "show and tell" thing, I wanna share my hometown with you all.

And a face reveal.

But, before anything else...

Here's your beloved/hated journalist ( Danieltails ):

Don't judge me >:/

Alright, here goes nothing...

"Sinaloa / México and stuff"

(Everysingle photo was taken with my cellphone).

As you all may know México is a boiling hot place so... in winter you'll notice that there's no snow unless you live on a very very high place.

On Sinaloa there's no snow, however, that doesn't mean this place has something to offer. Every December 12th we celebrate "Guadalupe's day (A.K.A Día de la Virgen Guadalupe)", a catholic celebration.
We go to "La lomita". A huge church that is located on top of a very tall hill just to celebrate and praise our mexican virgin saint "María Guadalupe."

Thousands and thousands of people from different regions come here in order to visit her, lots of people visit "La lomita" by knee.
In order to reach that church you have to "step" on 144... steps. xD
When I was trying to go all the way up to the church I was surrounded by many many many MANY people of all shapes, sizes and ages.

Here's a video of myself trying to reach the church.

Some ladies, aware of the so-called overweight brake, encouraged themselves by saying: "Now, now... almost there!" And they faced the top as an act of sacrifice that was well worth it because the Guadalupana was waiting for them above with the comforting message at the foot of her image: “Am I not here that I am your mother?"

Here's a view of my city on top of the hill where "La Lomita" is:

(It was getting dark to be honest).

The goal was to climb, shipwreck among the sea of people who were piling up at the main gate to enter the sanctuary of Our Lady of Guadalupe and leave as quickly as possible because, despite the efficient ventilation of the temple, the crowd made something of the moment suffocating.

It was worth it. The faces of the Guadalupans gave them away: the brightness in the eyes, some moistened, others closed, in sync with the prayer, but all of them glad to be there, bouquet of roses in hand, offering made by themselves or with the heart full and hectic.

“Eran mexicanos, eran mexicanos, eran mexicanos su porte y su faz”

In english: "They were Mexicans, they were Mexicans, their bearing and their faces were Mexican," the song to the Virgin was heard everywhere, far or near... the hymn to the brunette.

How can you get out of the church? Through the back door, or on the side. There the assault on the pocket was a spiral of tenants or street vendors who had "La Lomita" surrounded with balloons, cotton candy, corn, skis, roasted sausages, barley water, "viejitas"... and everything that could be eaten and more. Even many "ate churros" or paid for a photo of their children riding a fiberglass pony. The mechanical games were the perfect magnet for children: “30 mexican pesos the ticket for a ride you like,” said the ticket offices. And many liked them.

The truth is that if any place has roots among the Sinaloans, no doubt that this public space is "La Lomita". But this is not only for the attractive architectural piece erected there, but for the presence of the Guadalupana in the sanctuary that bears her name and where the important thing is the vivid feeling of a spirit of faith and hope that is breathed in the midst of suffocating inevitable embrace of a crowd in ecstasy, which makes forget, even for a moment, the existence of a brave, intense Sinaloa.

Damn I got inspired, didn't I?
I'm sorry if this article was too boring for you, I really wanted to share you this with y'all. I think I should make less long articles. Right?

I am so proud to be a mexican citizen, of our culture and our people, well, some of our people. :S

This mexican journalist says bye! For now.

"I wish you luck on the battlefields!"

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
