BUT NOW THE SERIOUS PART / BET DABAR RIMTOJI DALIS:
Lithuania is switching sides. Some people will be mad, some people might even feel betrayed (mostly I didn’t want to disappoint my guy
There few reasons for this change:
1) the most simple reason is the fact that many people have forgotten - THIS IS A GAME and yeah we have contacts and people with who we get along and built relationships (now this will be a test who are actually going stay friendly and to who we cared only because of the same alliance), BUT this is still a game and we need to play E-Sim but not live by E-Sim.
2) for a while there has been a power imbalance which made some countries and players (me including) play extra safe or even passively and also started to make this situation boring, having a constant power imbalance also makes some countries always in a threat or occupation (for example Lithuania made this game miserable for Latvia even before this alliance) while others are always in control or at least in safe mode which just sucks and is not fair and some countries because of that have been dying (but that is a bigger problem in the game itself and I have ideas for that but I doubt that the owner of the game would listen&hellip
.
3) of course there is a public secret that our former Alliance has had its own dark secrets and made some evil things but I will not make any leaks about that + others have done their share of bad or stupid stuff, so that is not the main reason but also a bit of a factor.

Lietuva pereina į kitą barikadų pusę. Kai kuriems tai labai nepatiks, kai kuriems gal net pasirodys, kad juos išduodu (labiausiai nenorėjau, kad neigiamai tai priimtų mano žmogus
Yra kelios priežastys dėl šio pasikeitimo:
1) pati paprasčiausia priežastis, kurią kai kurie pamiršę jau - TAI YRA ŽAIDIMAS ir taip, užmezgame kontaktus, su kai kuriais žaidėjais gerai sutariame (dabar tai parodys kas iš tiesų man ir mums artimesni ir toliau bus galima normaliai bendrauti, o kam įdomūs buvome tik dėl buvimo bendrame aljanse), BET tai vis tiek yra tik žaidimas, kurį mes turime žaisti, o ne juo remdamiesi gyventi.
2) jau ilgą laiką yra nelygus jėgų balansas, kuris kai kurias šalis ir žaidėjus ( įskaitant ir mane) nuteikė žaisti ypač saugiai be jokių rimtų rizikų ar net supasyvėti ir tai tik padarė šią situaciją nuobodesne, o nuolatinis jėgų disbalansas kai kurias šalis visad dėdavo į nuolatinę grėsmę ar okupaciją (pvz Lietuva sugadino žaidimą Latvijai ir čia dar prieš šį aljansą), o tuo tarpu kitos šalys visada saugios ir tai yra nesąžininga ir ilgainiui lėtai pražudo kai kurias šalis (tai yra didesnės žaidimo problemos dalis ir turiu idėjų kaip tai pakeisti, bet nemanau kad žaidimo savininkas klausys manes&hellip
3) aišku yra vieša paslaptis, kad mūsų buvęs aljansas turi tam tikrų tamsių paslapčių ir tikrai piktybiškų poelgių, bet to neviešinsiu, o ir kita pusė nebuvo visai šventa ir turėjo savo kvailų ir blogų sprendimų, tad tai nėra pagr priežastis, bet irgi faktorius.
Will Lithuania switching sides make a bigger difference?
For Lithuania probably but in general I doubt it (Lithuania is not extremely strong so that we could shift so much) but we can fight and it should help improve the power balance, and hopefully at least some people will understand my message about E-Sim being JUST A GAME and this is not something personal.

Ar Lietuvos perėjimas į kitą barikadų pusę padarys didelį pokytį žaidime?
Lietuvai gal ir taip, bet bendrai tai abejoju (nesame perdėtai galingi, kad labai paveiktume jėgų balansą, bet galime pakovoti ir turėtume padėti bent šiek tiek išlyginti jėgų balansą ir gal bent dalis žaidėjų supras mano žinutę, kad E-Sim yra TIK ŽAIDIMAS ir čia nieko asmeniško.
So what’s next? / taigi kas toliau?
Clearly this might REALLY come back biting me in the behind
I hope that Lithuanians are really ready for this change and upcoming tough period when no matter the reasoning and what I wrote here former alliance will be angry and will want revenge. But the thing is that even facing all the potential threats it should give some players more motivation to try a bit harder and be more active, this should help a bit our new alliance some more, make battles not so one sided as in recent history + hopefully the revenge will not go beyond the normal rules (so no hackfests and etc )

Akivaizdu, kad tai TIKRAI gali smogti man pačiam ir galingai
tikiuosi lietuviai nusiteikę ir pasirengę šiam iššūkiui ir ateinančiam sunkiam laikotarpiui kai buvęs aljansas bus piktas ir norės keršto, nepaisant to ką čia rašiau. Bet šis naujas iššūkis turėtų paskatinti dalį lietuvių suiimti ir būti šiek iek aktyvesniaias, kovoti dažniau, tai turėtų padėti mūsų naujam aljansui šiek tiek atsipūsti, o mūšiuose kovas padaryti mažiau nutaikytas į vienus vartus kaip buvo jau ilgą laiką iki šiol + tikiuosi, kad kerštas bus tasyklių ribose (be jokių hakinimo fiestų ir pan )

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
