Nie wiem jak innym ale mi osobiscie brakuje pewnej rzeczy, ktora moglaby pomoc w zarzadzaniu firmami.
Podejrzewam ze trafila sie Wam sytuacja gdy ze zdziwieniem stwierdziliscie brak pracownikow w swoich zakladach lub ich liczba zostala w duzym stopniu zredukowana.

Kazdy kto zarzadza firmami jako CEO lub jest ich wlascicielem zetknal sie pewnie z sytuacja na rynku pracy gdy zarobki tam proponowane w ciagu np. 2 godziny poszlyw gore o 2-5 CC , a pracownicy na e-sim szybko zmieniaja pracodawce co nie jest czyms zaskakujacym, poniewaz kazdy chce lepiej zarabiac. Nikt nie siedzi non stop na e-sim i nie sprawdza co 10 minut JM aby ustalic czy ma podniesc pensje w zakladach aby zatrzymac ewentualny odplyw pracownikow.

Tak wiec moja propozycja dotyczy wprowadzenia nowego "Alertu" ( podobne info jak o braku RAW i CC) informujacego o zmianie wysokosci zarobkow oferowanych na JM, a ktore to zmiana moze skutkowac zwalnianiem sie pracownikow z posiadanych/zarzadzanych przez nas firm.

Wiaze sie to oczywisice z prowadzeniem pewnego dodatku na stronie zarzadzania firma za pomoca, ktorego mozna by ustawiac limit, ktorego przekroczenie skutkowaloby wyslaniem wiadomosci. Dodatek ten moglby funkcjonowac w taki sam sposob jak opcja ustawiania ofert na JM.

Otrzymanie wiadomosci pozwolilaby na szybka reakcje pracodawcy/CEO na zmiany zachodzace na JM. Jesi chodzi o mnie to latwiej jest podniesc zarobki niz przez 2-3 godziny "walczyc" o nowych pracownikow. Jak wszystkim wiadomo "czas to pieniadz".

Aby nie przeciazac serwera wiadmosc moglaby byc generowana i wysylana powiedzmy co 10-15 minut (w momencie "przekroczenia" ). Mam tez na uwadze dobro graczy ktorym nie zalezy na pracownikach a ciagle otrzymywana wiadomosc moglaby im zepsuc dobre samopoczucie.

Przyklad:

Jesli posiadasz fabryczke w Polsce w ktorej zarobki ustawione sa na poziomie 33Pln , a na JM oferowana jest praca w ktorej zarobki wynosza 33.01Pln to otrzymasz powiadomienie o tym fakcie maksymalnie 10-15 minut od momentu pojawienia sie wyzszej oferty.

Jesli podzielasz moja opinie i uwazasz ze mogloby to pomoc w zarzadzaniu firmami to poprosze "vote".

I don't know about the others, but I personally feel that some things are lacking in the management of companies. I suppose you've found yourself in a situation when the number of employees decreased due to changes in wages.

Anyone who manages companies in e-sim - as owner or as CEO - came into contact with the labor market situation, where the salaries varies a lot and the employees are quickly changing the employer (not surprising, since everyone wants to earn more...). No one can be non-stop on e-sim and not checking the job market every 10 minutes in order to determine if they need to adjust wages in the factories, stopping a possible outflow of workers.

My suggestion is to include a new "Alert" (similar info as the lack of RAW and CC) indicating the changes in salaries offered on the job market, changes which may induce a migration of workers from the companies owned / managed by us.

The company owner or by case the CEO would be able to set parameters for salaries on each skill level in every country (let's say a total of maximum 10 parameters). If the wage offer in the job market increases with more than salary company the owner / CEO would get an alert.

Based on this, they will decide if to increase the salaries for employees (in order not to lose workers). In order not to overload the server, the variations will be checked only from time to time. Let's say the salaries from every country will be "checked" 4 times per hour.

For example:

If you have employees in USA with salaries around 30 USA at level 7 working skill and now the job market offers increased to 33.01 USD, you'd get an alert saying "the salaries offer in USA went up at 33.01 USD for level 7".

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
