As most players from primera know I've interviewed well known players out there and I can say I made a nice number of subs, so I decided to try it here and see how the things are going to go. Of course, the first person on the list of those that I will interview is ElmirBH .I decided to interview him, because he is a CP of Montenegro, first player on secura who collected all medals, and because he is my good friend.
Soo let's start
1.Tell us something about you in RL 1.My name is Stefan, I'm 20years old. I was born in Cacak, Serbia, and I'm a student of Faculty of Technical Sciense. My roots are from Pljevlja, Montenegro, and that's why I decided to defend the colors of Montenegro on this server. In the free time I like to sing and write music.
2.Did you expect that you will become a CP Montenegro and that you will do the job so well?? Well, to be honest I was expecting place in Government of Montenegro, at the beginning, cause I did some good job for Montenegro, before it was added, and I initiaded adding of Montenegro. But as the was passing by I was becoming aware that many people in Montenegro support me, because I gave up my RL for this country, so I decided to candidate for a CP.I didn't expect for things to go this well, but I couldn't make it without good people of Montenegro, we're one big family.
3.Did you, at some point of your mandate, wanted to give up due to a problem in the state, Government or anything else? 3.No, never, when I took over the presidency I knew there are going to be problems, and I was ready to deal with them, no matter how difficult they were. Which I, I hope, demonstrated when the state was facing huge problems.
4.What Minister did the best work during your mandate? 4To be honest Gamaran , our MoD, suprised me with with his dedication, so I think he was the best one. But, of course, Prime Minister Munja was the most helpful man in Government, as I expected.
5.Do you have plans to run again for CP? 5.Yes, but not very soon, maybe in January, because of obligations in RL on mine faculty.
6.What do you think how will Munja do the job of CP? 6.I think he will be very good, he helped me a lot in my mandate. Also, he helped the country with donating lots if his personal gold to our org, like lots of other people from Golden List .
7.What bothers you about ahmadreza danger ? 7.He did not bother me at first, but after what happened with Acif and its vote for YES i thought he shouldn't be in our state. But it seems that things are calming down with him.
8.What do you think does Montenegro have a chance to be a member of SUP? 8.Yes, we have that chance, but we must bring more people to our country. I'm talking about new players, not about bringing people from other countries. We are one small, but strong comunity, and it's better to stay that way, than the other way around.
9.Do you see a bright future of Montenegro National Army ? 9.Yes, I do, I'm hoping that we'll upgrade our national MU to regular in a couple of days, and we're upgrading food and gift companies after the CW, that will probably my last "big action" during my mandate.
10.What is the player that gets on your nerves?/i]
10.Well, noone from Montenegro, maybe rodja , but I'm preety calm guy, to be honest, although I swear a lot.
11.[i]What do you think will Elite Fighters stay forever in Montenegro? 11.I really don't know, some of us will go back to Serbia, some of us will stay in Montenegro, but EF, as MU, is going to have our nationality till the end of server, I hope.
12.If admins added Albania to the map, could we hold Albania and Bosnia under our control at the same time? 12.With more players - yes. With this ammount of players, we would probably have to give up on one country, most probably Bosnia...
13.Are you happy with how you did the work of CP and what rate (from 1-10) would you give yourself for your work? 13.I'm satisfied with my work, but I think that citizens should estimate rating of my work, not me.
14.Who do you trust most, Gamaran or Munja ? 14.They are both equal, they are my two most trusted man, I would not put them in the Government if I didn't believe them.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
