大家好！xccty作为11月总统候选人，在此寻求各位的支持。在这里，简单阐述下自己的几点施政纲领。

外交和联盟：同联盟内部加强合作，保持对南韩的军事主动和压力。
eC在地缘上身处两大联盟的交接。一方面，我们的后方和盟友接壤（伊朗，印尼，枫叶和美国），另一方面，北部我们面临来自立陶宛的强大压力（悲催的大毛在风雪中飙泪）。而朝鲜半岛上则有一个纠结的棒子邻居。在可以遇见的将来，在我国北部将出现长久的拉锯战。eC本身是esim里的小国，所以我认为我们必须坚持联盟内部的交流合作，同时，通过设立次要战场等手段，保持在东北亚的战术主动。

宣传和内政：
和前任几位总统不同，本人常年处于双击状态，对eC的内政外交并没有很深入的了解。所以，如果成功当选，我将建立由囧统，外交部长，国防部长，宣传部长以及内政-财政部长组成的内阁。个人的职责如下：
外交部长：做为eC在联盟内部的联络人，需要和联盟内部军事指挥甚至各国的各大军头有良好的沟通和关系。
国防部长：协调内部各大军团的动作，同时负责在国家报纸上刊登每天的军事命令。
内政-财政部长：找钱 - 国家的每个动作都要花钱，所以经济在这个游戏中至关重要（e-sim的e是economy吧。。。）。有如下几个可能的option - 请大家群策群力参与讨论：
在国家财力许可的范围内，可以向国民和军团提供低息-无息贷款，鼓励生产；
eC作为一整个经济模块，可以发行股票（国债）进行融资，甚至可以调用国家力量配合金融行动。
此外，我想内战作为获取G的一个行之有效的方法，内政-财政部长将承担相应的协调任务。
宣传部长：管理国家报纸，我建议将China Org的报纸办成公开报纸，鼓励各位公民投稿。引起重要反响的自由投稿文章（vote>30）将由国家给予一定奖励（1G怎么样？）同时，国家的重大动向，比如军事行动和命令，时局判断分析，以及内部政策的通知。目的是做到政策和决策的透明化，增加国家的凝聚力，让大家过的明明白白，打的明明白白。
囧统：（我是来混章的。。。）任命内阁以及参与召开议会及制定法律。总结国家制度上需要的，和得到实施的政策，尽快以文章形式发表。除了议员，每个公民也可以以文章形式向国家号提出议案。议案将被议员讨论并以文章形式备案。。。
兵贵神速，在军事决策上，内阁及总统在特殊情况下可以越过议会做出决定，但必须接受事后议会的质询。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
