SALARIOS
[i]En primer lugar lo que mas parece atormentar a los ciudadanos. El bajo salario español. Bajo entre comillas. Es muy bonito comparar, a todos nos gusta. Pero si hacéis comparaciones hacedlo con los países adecuados. Es una falta de respeto comparar España con los salarios de USA o Polonia. No solo porque en sus respectivos países los ciudadanos si invierten en sus territorios, creando una economía sostenible, rentable y con futuro, habiendo más ofertas de empleo y competencia de salarios; sino porque alli hay muchisimos VisaPlayers . Las comparaciones debeis hacerlas con los paises que tienen High Wood y un numero de VISA tan ínfimo como el nuestro. Nadie invierte aqui, solo el estado crea empleo. Y en comparacion con esos paises tenemos unos salarios respetables la verdad Solo pretendemos justificar el por qué no se dan 10 monedas como en esos paises High Iron. Ahora mismo la mayoria de nuestras empresas no son rentables, se mantienen funcionando y con sueldos logicos para ser un High Wood En cualquier caso seguimos trabajando para subirlos todo lo posible.

Personalmente soy nuevo en este juego por lo que no tengo experiencia; aunque conozco otros juegos de estrategia, y al final todas las fuerzas se equilibran, en función de los dirigentes y el compromiso de los jugadores.
Al terminar de leer, sus justificaciones pensé que era una invitación a emigrar, ya que parece que nuestro país no tiene futuro, si miramos en el server nº1, vemos que tampoco somos lideres, por lo que algo falla.
Pienso que este server, que acaba de empezar, es una buena ocasión para demostrar lo que somos capaces los españoles, siempre que estemos unidos, cosa que parece no ha sucedido en el server antiguo y los lideres que tienen experiencia en vez de recomendar guías aburridas, podrían empezar dando consejos prácticos sobre como mejorar los rendimientos en el juego.
EMPRESAS
Respecto a las empresas, hemos ido creando todas las posibles en España. De momento solo hemos sacado una empresa del pais, una de iron necesaria para surtir la empresa de weapons q1 que tenemos en Madrid en caso de ser necesaria (que podria serlo en breve, explico mas adelante). El resto son empresas de raw de madera (2) y grano (2, una de ellas q2), y una de panes q1, ademas de la mencionada q1 weps en Madrid. Actualmente solo vendemos el pan para recuperar lo que dejamos en los salarios. La madera no tiene salida por el momento (obviamente), pero al ser nuestro High, segun avance el juego se convertira en la manutencion del pais.
Creo que algún veterano debería explicarnos un poco mejor, como funcionan las empresas ya que a mi como novato lo veo un poco difícil de entender. Y más viendo los salarios que se ofrecen y la poca oferta de trabajo.
Personalmente, tengo la sensación que en principio lo más rentable es luchar y esperar que pasen los días a ver como se desarrolla esto, pero nos vendría bien a todos los novatos unas explicaciones claras y concisas.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
