O que é o stock market? O que são as stock company's???
O stock market neste jogo, pode-se dizer que é como os mercados finaceiros da vida real!
Existem esmpresas, como outras quaisquer, em que resolvem, "vender-se", para terem mais capital.
Assim, elas buscam os mercados financeiros (tipo a bolsa), para que possam vender shares, ou acções da sua empresa.
No jogo e-sim, as stock company's, têm as suas próprias empresas, isso é o que difere da vida real!
Então, cada stock company terá um valor em gold, consoante o número de empresas em sua posse, e a qualidade dessas mesmas empresas.
A stock company, é gerida pelo CEO, que "normalmente", é o jogador com mais acções!
Numa boa stock company, existem praticamente todos os dias, acções, ou shares, à venda no mercado, pelo valor estipulado pelo vendedor.
Daí alguemlpoderá comprar uma certa quantidade de shares, a um preço fixado pelo vendedor.
A pessoa que comprar shares numa stock company, passará a "ter um bocado dessa empresa", dessa maneira, os lucros dessa stock company, serão também divididos, de acordo com o numero de shares que cada um tem, entre todos os accionistas.
Até aqui é tudo "muito bonito", pois ninguém fica a perder...
Agora, o problema surge quando, por exemplo, um jogador compra 10 shares a 2 gold (cada), ou seja no total, ele comprou a outro jogador accionista, 10 shares por 20 gold.
Mas, por qualquer motivo, esse jogador que tinha comprado as 10 shares, passado uma semana, decide vender as suas shares. (Como passou uma semana, e sendo esse o costume das stock company's, os lucros, ou os dividend's, foram distribuídos pelos accionistas, e o valor que este jogador recebeu foi de, por exemplo, 1 gold)
Neste caso, o jogador, para ficar a ganhar queria por as suas 10 shares á venda pelo mesmo preço com que as comprou, ou seja 20 gold, ficando assim a ganhar 1 gold.
Mas não é bem assim que se pode fazer, porque assim como nos mercados financeiros na vida real, as acções nunca valem um valor fixo, aqui no jogo também não é diferente! É que na semana em que o comprador, fez a transação das shares, o valor delas poderia ser de, por exemplo, 2 gold, e na semana em que ele quer vender, elas valem 1.5 gold (cada).
Logo, se este accionista fosse vender as suas shares pelo mesmo valor com que as comprou, ele não as venderia por 20 gold, ficando com um lucro de 1 gold, mas as venderia por 15 gold, e pelo contrário, ele não teria lucro, mas ficaria a perder 4 gold!
Este é que é o maior problema das stock market's, é que: "Pode-se comprar quando se quizer, mas não se vende quando quer!"
Por isso, só quem percebe de mercados financeiros, e isto inclui o próprio CEO da stock company, porque ele é quem tem de gerir tudo de uma forma, em que consiga ter lucros para poder distribuir a todos os accionistas, através dos dividen's. Só os jogadores que "estão certos daquilo que estão a fazer", é que devem então investir numa stock market! Pois de outra forma, estarão apenas a desperdiçar, o precioso GOLD!!!!

What is the stock market? What are the company's stock??
The stock market in e-sim game, we can compre it to the finacial markets in real life!
There are company's, that to improve themselfs they resolve to, "sell parts of it" to have more capital to expand.
So, they seek the financial markets, so they can sell shares of their company.
In-game, the stock company's, have their own business, their own company's, this is what differs from real life!
So, each company will have a stock value in gold, depending on the number of companies in its possession, and the quality of those companies.
A stock company, is managed by the CEO, who "usually" is the player that created th stock company, and have more actions.
In a good stock company, there are practically every day, shares, on salle in the the stock market.
So, with that, someone could buy a certain amount of shares at a price set by the seller.
The person who buy shares in a stock company, will "have a bit of that company," this way, the profits of that company stock will also be divided according to the number of shares that he has, among all shareholders.
So far everything is "pretty much" because nobody lose ...
Now, the problem arises when, for example, a player buys 10 shares at 2 gold (each), in total, he bought from another shareholder, 10 shares for 20 gold.
But, for some reason, the player who had bought the 10 shares, after one week, decided to sell his shares. (Having pass a week, and being the custom of the company's stock, dividend's, were distributed to shareholders, and the value that the player received was, for example, 1 gold)
In this case, if the player want to stay winning, he will sell their 10 shares, and would sell for the same price that he buy it, 20 gold, and in this way he could earn 1 gold.
But it is not like that, that you can do, because as well as in financial markets in real life, the shares never stay in an fixed value, so, in the game is not different! Is that in the week when the buyer made the transaction of shares, the value of which could be, for example, let's say, 2 gold, and in the week that he wants to sell, they worth 1.5 gold (each).
So if this shareholder would sell their shares for the same amount with he bought, he would not sell them for 20 gold, winnig a profit of 1 gold, but sell it for 15 gold, and on contrary, he would not have profits, but would lose 4 gold!
The biggest problem in the stock market's, is that "You can buy when you want, but you can't sell when you want to"
Therefore, only those who know how the stock markets works, and that includes the owner itself of the stock company, the called CEO, because he is the one who has to manage everything in a way, that he could make profits in order to distribute to all shareholders through dividends. Only players who "are realy knowing what they are doing," that can invest in the stock market! Otherwise, they would just be wasting the precious GOLD!!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
