1. You MUST be in IRC. Our team of super math wizards will calculate the needed amount of hits with/without weapons to match everyone we can in a round. Our aim is to get as many BHS as we can, and doubles as well. If you're not in IRC or unable to get into IRC, then just ignore the civil war.
2. If you're close to ranking up, go hit somewhere else to get your rank and then come into the calculations. Also, depending on your strength you might not want to train until after you hit. This requires IRC useage as we'll to able to do a passive glance at you to see if you're better off waiting or training to try to align you into a better group.
3. Be able to afford Q1-Q5 weapons. Most likely you'll only have to carry up to 20 of each for any given BH combo. Gov is going fund the war start itself, not weapons used in it.
4. You get 5g per BH. 3g is going to be required to go to the gov, the other 2g is for you. So if you do it right you can end up making some nice money. Our aim is to get as many BHs with as few hits as we can manage. This is to allow us to rack up as many BHs across all the rounds as we can manage.
5. Loyalist MUST win. Round 14 or 15 if we allow it to go that long will not be big BH rounds for obvious reasons.
6. Not everyone will be able to fight. If we're able to get a substantial amount of BHs with another "group" we have on hand, we most likely will do it. Groups meaning a bunch of people with the same str/rank. Your chances might increase or decrease depending on when you train. So make sure you double check during a CW on training asap or after you're looked at in calcs. You MUST be on IRC to have this done. Ingame PMs and shouts will be ignored.

2. STR 과 RANK 업에 주의하세요
랭크 업이 될거 같으면 다른 전장에서 미리 때려서 랭크 업을 시킨뒤에 계산팀에게 랭크 업 되었다고 이야기를 하세요 그러면 다시 짜줄 겁니다.
3. Q1~Q5 무기를 보유하세요
각각 20개씩 들고 있으세요
데미지를 맞추기 위해서는 여러 무기로 계산대로 때려야 합니다.
4. BH메달을 따면 5골드를 얻는데 이중 3골드는 정부에 보내세요
메달로 얻는 5골드중에서 3골드는 정부에 보내고 2골드는 가지세요
이 내전을 유지 하기 위해서는 그 3골드를 모아서 계속 투자해야 합니다.
이 원칙이 지켜지지 않는다면 내전이 정부 주도로 일어나기가 힘듭니다.

가능한한 많은 BH를 따게 하기 위해서 같은 STR/RANK 끼리 그룹을 만들어서 계산을 합니다.
너무 차이가 나버리면 계산이 안됩니다.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
