Cam aceasta a fost situatia si necesarul pentru
Pentru a ne putea fii mai usor sa rezolvam PRIO-urile impuse de noi si cresterea d.p.d.v economic am fost nevoiti sa facem un imprumut de 50Gold , dar am si beneficiat de donatii de la o parte din cetatenii binevoitori,sumele fiind cuprinse intre 3-10Gold in functie de posibilitatile fiecaruia. Si pe aceasta cale as dori sa ai multumesc in special lui BANK of Italy care ne-a ajutat cu imprumutul, dar nu in ultimul rand si cetatenilor care au binevoit sa doneze.
Iar aceasta a fost situatia la (Day 80) pentru
Pentru a ne putea fii mai usor sa rezolvam situatia, am impartit problemma noasta in mai multe prioritati.
Astea fiind spuse sunt 3 PRIO :
=>>>>>> Momentan, dupa cum se observa si in graficul de mai sus acest PRIO a fost in mare parte rezolvat d.p.d.v. financiar. Iar situatia angajatilor speram ca se va rezolva cat mai repede, iar pentru a favoriza acest aspect am facut si mici cresteri salariale:

Skill 3 - 0.85 Gold
Skill 4 - 1.00 Gold
Skill 5 - 1.20 Gold
Skill 6 - 1.40 Gold
Skill 7 - 1.50 Gold
A fost nevoie intradevar de multa munca si dedicare totala din partea intregii echipe, dar ceea ce conteaza este ca am reusit sa ne atingem scopul propus:
Upgrade la Romania Diamnonds de la Q3 - Q4 ;
Upgrade la Romania Grain de la Q3 -Q4 ;
Creearea de noi locuri de munca si marirea salariilor.
Iar aceasta este situatia in prezent, dupa mici imbunatatiri cum ar fi:
Upgrade la Romania Oil de la Q2-Q4;
Angajarea de personal la firmele de materie prima (Diamnods&Grain) precum si de productie (Food&Gift) la un numar de 5 angajati pentru a avea productivitate maxima, precum si profit (mic, dar macar constant).
Situtia de la
Ganditi-va putin daca am reusit sa facem atat de multe cu sprijinul a numai o mica parte din cetateni (0.9%), cat de multe am putea realiza cu ajutorul si sprijinul vostru.
Astfel, acestea fiind spuse avem nevoie de ajutorul si sprijinul vostru atat moral ca si financiar, iar pe aceasta cale rog pe toata lumea sa DONEZE oricat vrea, cei care au de unde, mai mult, cei ce nu o duc bine din punct de vedere financiar, macar o mica ATENTIE, orice suma este binevenita. Va rog sa nu o tratati ca pe o obligatie, ci doar ca pe un sprijin.
Iar pentru a va asigura ca nu dorim sa " Va furam banii, cum vor spune unii " , vom intocmi rapoarte saptamanale cu activitatea
Donatiile sa fie trimise la Trezorerie .
Si ca o ultima idee suntem deschisi la propunerile, sugestiile si reclamatiile pe care le aveti.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
