We thought of arranging new Civil war in order to gather more money into national budget. I truly hope that we manage to succeed and master CW as a nice source of gold.
I want to assure you that all money will got to National org and none will be taken for Paganus or any other citizen. I hope there will be no villains trying to mess everything. Remember, this game is played by community. Standing united and working for common purpose we can achieve great goals !
We’ll try to go easy this time and rely on max strenght and same rank players. Requirements are: 1005 ( or 1000) strenght; Major rank.
Every person, who is willing to participate, please do not hesitate and write a message to me, or in the comments below. You’ll have to donate 4 out of 5 golds, leaving 1 for yourself. If you pass the requirements but don’t have enough money to buy your own supplies, write us and we’ll be happy to give you one.
We’ve agreed to start Civil war on saturday, 9 AM server time. It is going to be 15 round battle, lasting 30 hours. If everything goes as planned, we’ll manage to make ~300g profit.
We've managed to create a program which would calculate all the possibilities of dealing the same damage thus making CW for everyone. Here are some information about how is it going to be executed.
RESERVING your slot:
- To avoid confusion, we implement a reservation method via country shouts
- To reserve your slot, simply find the shout indicating the round you want to hit then reply to it.
- Round shouts will be typically 1-3 rounds ahead of the current round.
- You cannot reserve on the round that is currently on-going (obviously).
- You will receive a private message instructions on what weapons to hit and what side.
But, is there a way for me to hit this round?:
- Sometimes, there might be a chance for you to tie with the on-going round. All you have to do is go to our IRC channel: #se-sim.be @ irc.rizon.net (Rizon Server) . (Clicking the link opens the IRC client, instructions are pretty straightforward)
- Once you are inside the chat, you can notify the people in IRC that you want to hit this round and indicate your in-game name.
- If you have a match, you'll be notified with instructions on what weapons to hit and what side.
- Remember, it will be luck if you can still tie at the current round. But if you cannot, please don't despair.
Understanding the instructions:
- The instruction on what weapons to hit will look like this:
[Boxing:1][Q1:1][Q2:2][Q3:4][Q4:7][Q5:1] = Hits: 16 = Damage: 52971
- The quality of weapon is indicated on the left side, the number of hits corresponding to that weapon is indicated on the right side.
- Boxing = Unarmed or Q0, Q1 = Q1 weapons and so on...
- Based on the example above, you will need to fight unarmed 1 times, use 1 Q1 weapon, use 2 Q2 weapons, use 4 Q3 weapons, use 7 Q4 weapons and use 1 Q5 weapons. This should total to 52971 damage all in all.
- To check if the total is correct, go to your Train Page and all the number of hits needed. See if your total will be correct.
- Once you've confirmed that the total is correct, hit very carefully, as a single mistake will mess with the total.
- If you made a mistake, stop hitting and inform us ASAP, maybe we can do something about it.
SIMPLE RULES DURING CW
- READ before you hit. (read shouts, article, and if applicable, personal messages)
- DOUBLE CHECK the final damage before hitting.
- CHECK if you are ranking up with the damage given. If you are ranking up, inform us immediately. Ranking up adjusts your damage. DO NOT HIT if you are ranking up.
- RESERVE A SLOT or GO TO IRC (so that we can help you find a match)
- and the most important rule is RESPECT. (we encourage cooperation in our country, so please, NO BH STEALING)
- if you want to have BH Medal, we can help you. just GO TO IRC or RESERVE A SLOT.
- For Congress, DO NOT ACCEPT CITIZENSHIP during CW.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
