I am announcing my candidacy for President of the eUSA. Below, I list my qualifications, cabinet, foreign policy goals, and domestic policy goals. If you have questions, please send me a PM or find me on IRC. I appreciate your vote and your support so that I can achieve our goals as President over the next month.
Qualifications:
I am founder and CEO of AMDG , the biggest stock company in secura. I have employed hundreds of Americans, and I guarantee a high salary job to any US citizen who needs one. I also sell supplies to the government at cost in times of crisis.
I am one of America's biggest damage dealers, and over the last month, I have spent almost 300g out of personal funds starting RWs to drain our enemies and help our allies. I am the founder and leader of the Manifest Destiny , the second biggest party in the United States. I have been elected to US Congress three times, and I have assisted in negotiations with foreign allies during the recent war.
In RL, I am a commercial lawyer, husband, and father.
Cabinet:
For me, the most important quality I look for in a candidate for CP is whether they will be able to develop a good staff, because the job is simply too big for one person. I am pleased to announce that the following Americans have volunteered to serve in my cabinet. I believe that this a good team made up of people with a variety of strengths, and it will be an honor to serve with them. There is plenty of work to spread around so if your name is not on this list, send me a PM and I will find you something to do if I am elected.

A. Allies
I do not find the "mega-alliance" structure of SUP and OGD to be in the best interests of the US. Most of our "allies" have been unreliable, and we have had to fight off Lithuania and Poland largely on our own. I intend to pursue and support allies on a US centered basis.
I consider the following countries to be "core" allies: South Korea, Brazil, and Greece. For "core" allies, I believe that there should be mutual support between the allies. Note, that South Korea is not a current ally but based on my discussions so far, I believe SK would be open to allying with USA if I am CP.
I consider the following countries to be "junior" allies: Canada, United Kingdom, France, and China. For these allies, we guarantee them independence against invaders and expect them to support us on a daily basis without expecting daily support in return. Additionally, I am willing to provide Defense Systems to such allies to make invasions of our neighbors by enemies more difficult.
All other allies will be considered "well-wisher" allies. These are countries that we we won't attack but won't actively support either, except in repayment of past support or in exchange for concrete future support.
B. Territories
I intend to secure our Mexican and Colombian territories. I am not certain yet whether it makes sense to reclaim Canada East Cost (CEC). Currently, the labor market and exchange rate in Canada cause food production to be cheaper in Canada than the price would be if CEC were in the US. Additionally, allowing Canada to keep CEC would eliminate a daily RW and free up damage to take and defend other territories. If food prices start to rise in the next couple of weeks, I will move to retake CEC.
I want to obtain Northwestern China (oil) through a rent agreement. I would like to obtain Castile Leon (wood) diplomatically or militarily. Creating the right conditions to seize Castile Leon will be the primary diplomatic objective during my term.
C. SUP
I am open to making peace with SUP countries either as a group or individually. In particular, I would like to secure peace with Lithuania. I am open to allying with SUP members, such as South Korea, without requiring them to leave SUP.
Domestic Policy Goals
A. Communication
My goal is to effectively communicate goals and news to the American public and respond to messages timely. Given that I want to involve as many active players as possible in the government, I will need to have the most transparent administration to date. It is impossible to leverage our strengths as a nation without open lines of communication.
B. Business Development
As a business owner in the US, I know how tough it is to compete successfully with other countries who have lower labor costs. The way to overcome this is to increase the quality of US businesses. I intend to continue the US Loan Program begun by
Azriel Black to manage the program.
C. Taxation
While this issue is less important in this race because the President cannot set tax rates, I do have strong opinions on the matter. As I have stated elsewhere , I believe that import taxes should be high to protect American business. American companies can supply America's needs at good prices and high wages, and we should not allow foreigners to disrupt our labor and product markets by continuing our low import tax rates. The other superpowers have higher import taxes rates than the US for a reason.
D. Freedom and Respect
Some people seem to think that there is a lack of freedom in the eUSA. I do not personally understand this--the government has no power to prevent players from doing any act permitted by the game rules. Nonetheless, my administration will treat all citizens with respect and will listen to ideas from all quarters.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
